Oka, I'm going to have to turn down your offer. Fangames are simply too much trouble.
 
I don't think making a fake GBA game is really on the same level as stealing and murdering… But yes, it is illegal.

I think that if it has Arceus as the "main Poké," then, it should be a Water or Ice- type Arceus.

If you want, you can move your Azure stuff onto my forum. I'm on it all the time...
