I sent an email to customer service and they sent me back an email that said I didn`t have enough info evn though I had everything should I just start a new account or try to get my old one back?
Try asking your PTO or LL if they know your POP/Player ID. My PTO maintains a list and I maintain a list of the people who go to my league in addition to the PTOs list. It is a much better solution for TPCI then having to deal with merging accounts. Account merges can't be undone so if something happens your out of luck.r3skyline said:haha, pokemon.com security info and such are a joke.
i forgot my player ID. so i try to login. turns out i forgot my pass too. so i fill out the info to retrieve it. i click the link in my email, and what happens???
it asks for my player ID.
