I sent an email to customer service and they sent me back an email that said I didn`t have enough info evn though I had everything should I just start a new account or try to get my old one back?
 
Try to get your old one back first. Try the lost password feature if you can't remember your password. What info exactly did you provide? If you would prefer to tell me what info you provided via pm that is fine as I clean out my PM box at least weekly.~Mark
 
haha, pokemon.com security info and such are a joke.

i forgot my player ID. so i try to login. turns out i forgot my pass too. so i fill out the info to retrieve it. i click the link in my email, and what happens???

it asks for my player ID.

Try asking your PTO or LL if they know your POP/Player ID. My PTO maintains a list and I maintain a list of the people who go to my league in addition to the PTOs list. It is a much better solution for TPCI then having to deal with merging accounts. Account merges can't be undone so if something happens your out of luck.

My girlfriend has been having problems with it too. Whenever she tries to log in, it tells her she needs to activate the account. So she clicks the button to have it send the activation email, it never comes. She's done this at least 15 times, nothing. She's looked in her junk mail, nothing. She even tried emailing TPCi, they never replied. We don't know what to do now.

LV just looked at her email....still nothing.

By any chance do you know the other accounts? If you do, you can contact customer service with the name(s) of those account(s)

Did she get the automated reply? If she has, it will be dealt with as soon as possible. Customer Service has been really backed up ever since the website moved. I am doing my best to try and help the members here with their problems since you can get responses much quicker on average.~Mark

Heck, I'm still waiting for my States Gabite promo....I'm even waiting for the Gible from the cities.
Vickey has a very very poor track record of these kind of things.
Who's Vickey: She's the Au/NZ TPCi rep.

She still didn't get anything from them, so now I've emailed them on her behalf. Not expecting much from them, but it's worth a try.
 
You would have to contact customer service in order to do that. Provide the person's real name and POP ID/Player ID. You may need to provide birthdate also, I'm not sure.~Mark
 
Well, Vickey got fired.....thank goodness for that.
Reason: Mainly communications.....& not doing her job.
