The group walked for several city blocks, trying to find a nice, unclaimed area to set up shop in.
Lotso:"Oh, I remember an ad in the paper saying there was an empty lot in the area, and they were looking for anyone who could stimulate business on it. It hasn't been used in years since the building was torn down. They should let me use it for free as long as I pay tax"
