Pokemon Pokemon That Needed Evolutions...But Never Got Them

Duncsparce is totally useless. I think Mawile ans Sableye need an evo as well as Fearow. The Meowth and Skitty chain need some help too, low stats. Just throwing an idea out, what if ditto had an evolution.

Flygon Ruler: I don't know about Fearow, but The cats don't need them. I think they're more meant to be pet Pokemon, not necessarily battlers

h.d.v.b.: I'd say no to almost all of the ones on your list except for Venomoth.
 
I think Plusle and Minun are novelty. The + and - represent electrical charges, not math signs.

And as for Persian and Delcatty, I think that they could benefit from an evolution. Some people keep Pokemon for pets. That encompasses all of them, not just your cats, dogs, etc. Some people prefer to battle them. Delcatty definitely could benefit greatly from evolving. Of course Persian would benefit, but Delcatty really could use one.

Do you think this wouls be cool. At lv.30, a male kirla would evolve into a gallade while a female kirla would evolve in to gardevour. BUT gardevour has no legs and could fly and would be typed ghost physic. Good?

RELICANTH(useless slow thing) - Idiot. He has the strongest attack in the game after taking STAB and any side effects into account. He can use Rock Polish to outspeed everything. Then he can waterfall hax or just hit stuff EXTREMELY hard. Jeez.
Ninetails - Naw. Nasty Plot makes him dangerous

Who said they needed them for competetive battling? I just made a list of under played Pokemon that needed some glory. (Yeh Wobbefet WAS stupid). Hadn't seen Relicanth for much in my area so didn't know. No clue on the dunsparce though:( Anyway, Manetric would also be nice.
 
they should make a pre-evolved form of kangaskhan (the baby that they always carry around) and only females can evolve into kangaskhan since its like a mom and their should be male evo for the baby too
 
Bah everyone's hating on Dunsparce!

Serene Grace + Body Slam + Headbutt = Funny.

Paralysis and flinch hax is just uber. I've seen a Dunsparce take down a Suicune because Headbutt flinched Suicune about 8 times in a row. Stick leftovers on it and it heals back up in no time. Some of them have Ancient Power on them for the 1/5 chance to boost everything.

I think Dunsparce is underrated. Sure its stats aren't that great but it can stand on its own feet. There are a stack of Pokemon worse off than Dunsparce that need an evolution. Farfetch'd anyone? Its been dying for an evolution since R/B/Y.

On the Relicanth issue though. It sucked big time in R/S/E but now it has a few new attacks in D/P it's a stack better.
Rock head + Rock Polish + Head Smash = Omg die n00b.
 
I think that:

Rapidash -A Fire- Flying type, like a Pegasus.
Castform -Something that will amke it stronger ;)
Jynx -Something awsome and funny


something else is, I beleive that Kangaskhan should have a pre-evoltution

Jynx: I don't know.....maybe.

Relicanth: Nah. I like it how it is. It's pretty strong, too.

Manectric: Yeah, it could use one.
