Pokemon Pokemon That Needed Evolutions...But Never Got Them

Spinda: Like PMJ said, Spinda is a novelty Pokemon. It could use one, but I wouldn't really want it to have one.

Absol: Stat wise, yes. Appearance wise, not-so-much.

Mantine: Mantine is already very big, and I don't think that they could make a Pokemon-like Pokemon out of it's evolution. Of course, they did it with Rhydon, but still....o_O
 
Actually i said those because they are in pokemon flint.But:
Mantine-Fills the sky,happy face!
Absol-Vicous and good stats,like weavile did.
Spinda-weak.But then he becomes a dizzy giant panda.
 
hmmm.... could anyone see a hitmon stage2 or new evols of tyrouge? And if bellossom was a basic(which it should have been!) could you think of an evolve for it?
 
Tyrouge: Yeah, I could really see another evolution there.

Ho-oh and Lugia: No, they're legendaries.
 
yeah lunatone and solrock really need evos i saw whole bunch in my emerald and didnt even bother to catch one their just not that good

Parasect evo possibly? uhh... Paraschupt? Bug/Grass
Dunsparce... hmm... Navyoam? Ground
Chatot... Gossot (XD) Normal/Flying
Kambless --> Nosepass Normal/Rock Innocense (only attacks that have a base power 50 or under do damage against Kambless, Dont worry, he has bad Defense and Special Defense)
 
My brother uses Relicanth with Trick Room support.

Unown is novelty. It'll NEVER evolve.

Jynx is uber by herself. Many, many Pokemon could use one before Jynx.

I'm not sure if Lunatone and Solrock are novelty. It seems like it, but... eh.
 
Relicanth: It looks basic and like it needs one, but statwise, it doesn't.

Unown: No. Never.

Parasect: It could definitly use one. (My sister would hate it though:p)

well on the show, Lugia has a baby(its name is silver) so why not in the games?

About the Tauros/Miltank baby idea:
Tauros and Miltank are two different species. I have a female tauros and on these standards, it should be a Miltank! While the idea is good and all, it just would'nt work

Lugia: Yes, it had a baby, but the baby wasn't a pre-evolution. It was a Lugia.

Tauros/Miltank: You can't have a female Tauros, becuase Tauros can only be male. Miltank can only be female. So the pre-evo thing would work there.

Lumineon: Yes.

Pinsir: Yes.

Dunsparce: Yes.

Heracross: No. It's already hard enough to get around if you don't come prepared for it.

Spinda: Maybe

Scizor: No.

Kricketune: Maybe

Bannete: Yes.

Eeveelutions: Yes.

Lucario: No.
 
I think scizor looks very cool but its power isnt up to the mark so it could have an evolution.
And yes, New eeveelutions will add to the variety.
