Pokemon Pokemon Tower Defense

@adan15 - When this update is finished, the level cap will be at level 28. This means that before the update (i.e. when I made this post), you can't/couldn't level up past level 25. When the update is completed and uploaded to Newgrounds (and everywhere else the game is playable), you will be able to train your pokemon up to level 28. This level cap will gradually increase over time, so the level cap may eventually reach (or possibly even pass) level 100, even if it takes 5 years to do (not that it should).

I would also like to point out to everyone that trading has been temporarily disabled due to people trading duplicated and/or hacked pokemon. So if you're wondering why it's not been working recently, there's your answer. This trading issue will be fixed asap so that everyone can resume trading legitimate pokemon. The update is almost finished so expect it to be up within the next few hours.

do you think the update will be done by tommorrow and i have seen people with a jynx like my friend how do you get him if you know

@Pokemon - Technically, the update has been completed, but it has not yet been sent to Newgrounds. Depending on what site you play on, you might already be able to play the updated version, though other sites will have the update fairly soon.

As for how to obtain Jynx, there are 2 requirements you must meet:

  1. You need a Poliwhirl in your party
  2. You need to beat Misty (with the Poliwhirl still in your party)

Once you beat Misty, you will see a cutscene. Do not skip this cutscene, otherwise you will have to beat the level again (and that takes a while). In the cutscene, an old man will appear and offer to trade your Poliwhirl for his Jynx. As far as I know, you can only get 1 Jynx, and it is at level 1. :)

If you choose 'No' when he offers to trade, you will still get the chance to trade later (though you must finish the level again). However, once you've traded, he will not show up again (I think).

Edit: Apparently, if you have a shiny Poliwhirl and you trade that for the Jynx, the Jynx you receive will also be shiny. I haven't been able to test it myself so I cannot confirm it or deny it. But if it's true then that's pretty cool.

The challenge level was fun but i wish the level cap was higher than 28 and i cant wait for the next level i want to see if we have to kill kyogre or if misty just runs away or what happens and i want to know what happened to Gary with the legendary birds and why they were chasing Ash but i doubt those last 2 things about the legendary birds, Gary, and Ash will be told in the next update

cerulean gym was actually pretty easy what is your team mine was
shiny charmeleon level 25 dragon rage
shiny golem level 25 rock blasts
shiny mew level 1 pound and mega punch
raichou level 25 electro ball
victeribell level 25 razor leaf

Poliwag can be found in Mt. Moon 2, but it is quite rare. Poliwhirl can't be caught in the wild, so you'll have to evolve Poliwag.

yea i finished th chalenge level.... just have a hardened geodude distract pica and geos fire while you have a pikachu run and get the candy

TimeShift, are you the maker of this game?

No, I'm not that good! I'm just a fan of the game who is happy to help people out. The guy who is responsible for making this game is Sam Otero. All credit goes to him. :)

The new challenge level is very, very hard. Anyone finish it?

I finished the new challenge level, it's hard and takes good timing. Now i'm sick of training magicrap all it knows is splash and takes son long to level up.

I finished it, you gotta utilize Pidgeys and Geodudes really well. Send in Geodudes first to distract them, then send in a Pidgey to grab the rod. If they kill the Pidgey before it gets back, use the same strategy. Make sure the Geodudes use Defense Curl and Mud Sport before going in there.

I got a level 20 gyrados. Once Magikarp learns tackle its easy, but before that train your other pokemon to max, go to the cerulean gym, and put magikarp in the center. The timing of the pokemon is such that he only splashes at bosses, maximizing the efficiency of training.
Also, anyone know hot to get shiny zubat (if there is a way)?
Update: Ughhh... I just found one.... But I was on the phone and it died.... Is there another way?
Update: Just caught one... never mind :)
