Confirmed a trade in July. Next day he told me he couldn't send his end but could send something else. Then when he sent that he did not send all of what he was supposed to. He then told me not to worry about it and to just get over it. I eventually got him to send something that FINALLY made up for the cards I sent him about a week or 2 ago. I wouldn't recommend this trader, UNLESS you as a trader have him send at the same time or first.
