Possible Deck Archetypes coming out of the new Dragon Sets?

People will also run Zekrom with Raikou. Zebstrika can't stand up to a Zekrom once it's rolling.
 
But the theory behind a zebstrika deck is that zekrom becomes so slow without dynamotor or items that it will be dead or severely damaged by the time it gets enough energy to kill you, so you can easily put up a backup zebstrika from your bench and revenge kill them.

Zekrom can easily attack T3, even without dynamotor. It can also use items T1. It's also pretty hard to a zebstrika to revenge kill anything, let alone a zekrom.
 
a T3 attack can't kill zebstrika without pluspower, which is locked by disconnect. so if they can't kill you until t4, you'd have done at LEAST 120 damage, possibly more, to them, so you can use zestrika's second attack to KO the next turn if you have it on your bench. or you could tech in something like zapdos or thndurus to take it out.

Disconnect (40) and lightning crash (80) does not equal 130. Granted, bolt strike damages zekrom, but they can easily drop and eviolite T1. Also, a T3 120 will kill Zebstrika, I don't even know what you're talking about.
 
Oh. I thought you were referring to zekrom EX.
But in a deck tha uses blend energy a lot, like this one, It's very easy to add in a terrakion EX for this sort of matchup.
 
But, then you let off the lock. Then they Tool Scrapper your tool on Garbodor, Dynamotor 2 or 3 times and set up another Zekrom.
 
By the time where you'd be forced to use terrakion, zebstrika would already be dead.
Also, has anyone considered mienshao ND in zebstrika/garbodor? for 1 colorless it can search 2 tools for garbodor to use, 1 as a backup in case of scrapper, and for a colorless and a blend it can KO zekrom after a bolt strike.

Personally, I don't think that a Stage 1 that can only search out Tools is very good at all. You would be better off running max of the tool you want and max Junk Arm so you can reuse it.
 
It seems good on paper, but I don't think that it would really work. It is easier to draw into tools than drawing into Mienshao and Terrakion/Mewtwo would be better for KOing Zekrom.
 
But in case we have a BW-on format where junk arm is rotated, mienshao could find some use in these decks. and unlike tools, it is searchable with communications and Level Ball. level ball and blend energy are what make the deck worthwhile, as blend energy lets you use things like mienshao to get tools and milotic to get mienshao.

Then just use Milotic. It is a terrible idea to search out a searcher using a searcher. Pointless.
