i'm not sure if DF111 misunderstood me or not, but i was talking about this form (not the worker form)

personally, i'd make it more like

Style: (banner, avatar,...ect.)
Size: (Small, Medium, Large)
Text: (Any text you want on it)
Images: (what images you want on it)
Colors: (what colors we should generally use)
Details: (anything we should keep in mind)
Worker: (who has to do your request)

but that's just me

Those are great! I just need links to the pages you uploaded them to an image host (TinyPic, ImageShack, etc.). *added* ^^
New DS Game! :O That's a DS game I made a long time ago, but I made the back look better yesterday. All the old one had was 2 lines of text, and pixelated images of the Rotom Forms that were just shapes of color.
