Gyarados SF said:Great video as always, but I have a couple comments/questions
Why not 3 Kingdra prime? I don't think fire is common enough to need 2 LA. Also before prime came out and I used 4 LA, I found Crobats/Plus Power to kinda get in the way and I never used them, I definitely wouldn't with prime. I know you said they can be taken out but I kinda disagree with having them in the skeleton list. I've been playing without them and really enjoy to extra space it gives.
Also, why Multi if you might not be using Luxray/Machamp? And if I'm using Machamp I would rather use 1 Fighting Energy first just so I can search for it when I need it, similar to Luxchomp getting Toxicroak + Psychic.
I really like Kingdra but tbh I don't see much of a reason to use it right now because of Jumpluff. As you said the decks are really similar and I just think Jumpluff does most stuff better than Kingdra can
Again the video was really good and I'm not trying to say otherwise, sorry if it seems like it
JWittz said:The reason I'd never run more than 2 is because of a x2 weakness to luxray GLX. You'll get run over by him because they won't even have to get lucario GL out. Even then, they're going to go straight for it when they see LA>Prime, and without Reversals/Luxray (which you said not to run anyway and I agree with this, 2 LA isn't that great IMO.
Also, the reason kingdra can do better than jumpluff is because A) it beats jumpluff when the players are equally skilled. B) It does better than jumpluff on any deck that can OHKO jumpluff that isn't luxchomp. Kingdra has more HP and having that extra life can prevent your opponent from taking a prize, and it can put you ahead in the game. And C) Kingdra hits the bench as well, which can allow you to take multiple prizes late game faster than jumpluff could have. This is a huge part I either don't understand or don't agree with. I will say that the Kingdra-Jumpluff matchup is close but it's no where near any side's majority. The best I would give it is even. It really all depends who can get setup faster. Another thing in B that I don't get is that you refer to a deck that can OHKO Jumpluff. The only deck I really can think about is something like Charizard AR, and even then, it's not that popular of a deck. And Kingdra is only playing 2 LA anyway...so I don't get how it has better matchups. Jumpluff has more all around better ones, even if not all of them is Auto-Win.
The Wii Man1234 said:Hey Jwittz so I was courious, how do you come up with all the AWASOME intros, and where on earth do you get all of those cards for your videos; like you had SOOO many Jumpluff in video 19.
Dragonzong said:Those were Problalby good Proxies except for the 4 that you had in your jumpluff deck. Anyway i would like to see Gyarados as the next Article. your old Gyarados is somewhat out of date.
