Overpriced? This is a fairly old deckbox (2006) and it's sealed and in perfect condition. Here are a few examples of similar deckboxes from the same timeframe on eBay:

I wouldn't do more then $20.. Those have sat on ebay for a while now. Eevee is popular, so of course it would sell, and Lugia is fairly popular as well. Plus, the prices of the ones that sold are lower then their asking price, and they have ebay fees. And, manaphy isn't really a popular pokemon.
