How would you unintentionally discard the fighting energy? And the normal rayquaza cost way too much to be an option for most people. Zekrom is an okay option, but if rayquaza can't ohko something, zekrom won't either. Unless we're talking about siglyph, but like I mentioned, terrakion deals with it just fine. And if you hit the fighting energy off of rayquaza's first attack, you just use energy switch to get it onto terrakion.
@dweaver, I wouldn't recommend experience share with tool scrapper being a one of or sometimes 2 of in decks. So much so that Japanese players tend to use potion over eviolite.
