Isn't that backwards? Deino is a very German name....

I'm talking about the regions where they were traded from. Deino is a german name, but it came from an English game.

Also, please request a starter! If we get tied I'll ask my irl friend for the tiebreaker.

MtheW, you're in! Somewhere you'll find yourself in the story (and no, you're not a random flare grunt)

Anyhoo, I request that you use Deino, because it evolves twice like other starters and I don't like Gardevoir

MtheW, Ralts is male, so no gardevoir.

I already know the Kanto Starter that I'm going to pick, but the first starter is the one I want you to pick

Also, remember you can come up with challenges for me (No, I'm not using 6 magikarp or having to get my Pokemon to level 100 before I beat the game)

Put me down as another vote for Deino. One of my favourite 5th gen lines, and would be a lot of fun to go through the game with.

Challenges:

You can only use the same amount of pokemon as the gym leader/elite 4 you are battling.
You are only allowed to use PokeBalls.
Status conditions cannot be healed by items, only abilities and the pokemon center.
Your highest pokemon level cannot be 5 levels above the highest pokemon level of a gym leader/elite 4 you are battling.
Call yourself PokemonJesus when they ask for your nickname.
After you beat the game, battle the people who were actually your rivals :p
Beat the game by New Years (possible, but I'm doubting you will)
Have a one word chapter (I am now getting bored)
Use dig on the bridge battle against Serana/Calem

Also, which rival am I? If I am Shauna...

Starters:
Choose Chespin and Clauncher (I already voted Clauncher, so don't accept it again).

Also, Gardevoir can be male.

Also, 2 challenges:

1) Put me in somewhere, because I'm awesome. o/
2) Must participate in the inverse battle and all sky battles (so long as you have an available Pokémon). May not seem like it's all that much of a challenge, but from the people I know who have done Wonderlockes and Nuzlockes, both can be very challenging, especially if you're not adequately prepared.

I have cast all gym leaders, elite 4, champion, lysandre, professsor, rivals, and the random team flare grunt at glittering cave. Also Ice Arceus will be making a cameo, so that will be fun ;)

Athena, you have been cast! Oh, and this story will be mainly a funny read, but near endgame there will be some serious parts.

Challenges:

1) I am every Fletchling, Fletchinder and Talonflame that you see or use in the Game.
2) After every 2nd Gym, if no Pokémon had died in those Gym Battles, Wonder Trade one Pokémon in your box that has not been recived via Wonder Trade.

Who cares if it's good or not? It starts off cute, evolves into more cute, and then evolves again into awesome-looking. That's all that matters.
