There is no such thing as 'max EV', and the only way you could change his name would involve patching or hacking, which i am not interested in.

I mean he is ev'd i just call it max ev because the highest ev you can go is 255 and all his ev are 255

That is not possible. Trust me. I doubt you even know the EV spread if this is what you believe.

O i guess you are right the guy i got it from did hack it to have 255 ev each stat nevermind then sorry but you dont have to be bogus about it
