School of Mega Spriting

You learn scratches at lv 5 but we don,t have a scratches teacher and mine suck here is an example:

Can I teach scratching later? I need to practice a bit but I don,t do thoise lame sprites I know make good ones later I will post an example

Here is a bird I made. How is it? It is a little too big.
 
its good but normally the pokemon faces the trainer like this:

Here are the differences between my other sprite and this:
1 Better outline
2 Better shading
3 Better design what do you think guys for my first good try?
 
It is a specie of weird thing I imagined don,t ask me what I do I often do to twisted things the shading might not be so good but compare it to my other sprite (the silver thing one)this one its better
 
well if people are still doing stuff with it i guess ill apply to be a student, if its completly abandoned let me no!

i have no spriting expierience, i would like to start at grade 1, and my name is blazing pokemon master. i really need to learn how to sprite!
