BW/BW2 Should Team Rocket Return?

I already posted about this in another thread, but I thought it would make for good discussion on it's own. So do you think Team Rocket should return in Black and White? Not of course as a major plotline because that would interfere with Team Plasma's story, but maybe as a little side story after the Elite 4. Maybe you would reach their HQ by plane? And Giovanni would be like Red in G/S/C and stronger than the Elite 4. Thoughts?
 
tr shouldnt appear in b/w, but definetly should make a comeback in a future region
 
doubt it but itd be cool if giovanni (who is now officially a good guy) tries to start his life again in a far away place(isshu!). he could be inferred or have a band of do gooders who know how evil teams work.

Remember how they've said that Giovanni went to do training after his defeat at the hands of Red? If Game Freak was cool, they would make his training take place in Isshu.
 
I don't know about battling him, but maybe he could make a cameo sorta like Maylene and Crasher Wake in HG/SS? I would like Team Rocket to make some sort of appearence, though.

I think a cameo would be kind of weird though. Seeing him sitting at a table in the local Hiun City Diner chowing down on fresh Remoraid would just be awkward.

I'm not saying they will return. I don't think they will at all. I'm just saying wouldn't that be cool if they did? And what kind of things would they do? That's the general idea.
 
I doubt it. There are theories that geovanni committed suicide after he is beaten in hgss. You hear a splashing noise. But one thing that puzzles me is where did Cyrus go...

Ugh I hate that theory lol! There is no way they would allow Giovanni to commit suicide in a children's game. Not even secretly! So I don't think he's dead.

And Cyrus apparently is sitting in the Distortion World right now plotting a new method of destroying the world as of the end of Platinum.
 
what if the new good tr(or bad) had double agents in tp sending back info to help them/mankind? also i dont think giovanni died. what if tp is stopped at one point by giovanni who talks to you about using pokemon for good and how money isnt everything etc. then leaves? newbies would be like wtf and older games would know how giovanni has changed.

It's possible, thats all. Any way, what have Team Rocket got left to fight for? Their leader did not return to them, they were twice defeated by children?
 
Yes but their leader has been training all this time maybe now he will return to bring Team Rocket back to it's spot on top among all others and once again use Pokemon for evil deeds. I think it would be cool if it was Team Plasma vs Team Rocket. Team Plasma is trying to separate people and Pokemon and Team Rocket is trying to use them as weapons... I think that's a plausible idea. I don't think the two teams would get along. It would be like Team Magma and Aqua, but worse.

Ya, and Giovanni went away to go training. For all we know he could've called the team to Isshu. I'm not saying it's actually going to happen, just a thought.

Okay, I've decide to set out what happens to all the crime teams in the games

Kanto: Team Rocket - Giovanni - Unknown
Johto: Same Again - Archer - defeated and flees.
Hoenn: Aqua and Magma - Maxie and other one - can't remember
Sinnoh: Team Galactic - Cyrus - Flees into Distoryion World.
Isshu: Team Plasma - N - ???

Haha. That would make for interesting developments! Maybe he has given up being evil and now ferries people to Isshu? Maybe when they said you could only reach Isshu by boat or plane, they actually meant by Giovanni or plane!

Nah but really that would be so awesome if you could go to their headquarters and it was like the Galactic Veilstone HQ or something. You battle all the grunts, maybe find a super rare Pokemon there, seeing that you get a Lapras from Silph Co in Red and Blue, maybe you'd find Mewtwo holed up in their HQ? Haha that would be pretty cool if it wasn't such a crazy idea.
