Nope it's first come first server, and like I stated in the rules once someone loses 3 rounds they cannot compete for 5 rounds after that which gives them time to improve. Then if someone continues to be first come first serve for up to 5 rounds and wins all 5, they cannot compete for 5 rounds after that, so it's fair.

As long as it fits under a chao you don't have to use the template. I was incase you lacked one.

Argh, you had to pick the only category I don't do XD. Oh well, here's the only semi-decent thing I could come up with. It doesn't even come close to being as good as squirtli's, but oh well.
