Falcon will most definitely be in it. Since Gannondorf is a "clone character" of him, he'll probably be out, but there's no reason for them to take C. Falcon out.
PMJ, that's a genious idea for Ditto. Either have him assigned a random character each time he gets KO'd, or give him an ability like Kirby, but instead of gaining their special moves, they just transform into them. Plus, watching Ditto engulf someone would be hilarious.
I'm sure if they keep a Fire Emblem character in there, Marth will be it. Roy is the least likeable of the two (even though I like him more) so he'll probably get the boot. They may include Ike (Path of Radiance) though, and that'd be okay too. I just don't want to see the FE franchise slip back into the dark now that we're starting to get some of the series in.

I am not sure if I have the debug menu but how do you get it? I am only missing 6 trohies in the game. Sorry I am off topic but I am not sure if I have it.

For a very long time I have wanted Deoxys in Brawl, in fact, I've wanted it in since Brawl was announced. It's ability to change forms could be done through Down+B, or possible new tweaks in the new game. Each form would have it's own characteristics such as attack mode doing more damage, defense form recieving less knockback, speed form being faster and having a better Up+B, and neutral form being the most well-rounded.

^Ehh, I wasn't really a fan of either, but if they had really good movesets, I wouldn't really mind.
Also, the whole discussion about characters returning is based on their fanbase in general.
TONS of pros use Marth; he's coming back.
And about Ganondorf being removed, I think he's too well known and important in the Legend Of Zelda series to be removed. He'll probably just be given and updated moveset. (Hopefully, he'll use his sword)

Edited for agreement. My reasoning:
Crystal, though I have no freaking clue who she is since I stopped caring about StarFox after StarFox 64, is a girl. That's a big reason to include her right there.
I don't know squat about Fire Emblem, but please replace Roy with anyone and they'll be good. Roy sucks so hard. If Roy stays, he had better be so awesome and not inferior to Marth in almost every way.
King DeDeDe would be a great fighter. But we did get MetaKnight... I'd still like to see 3D get some action.
I read that Bowser Jr. and Ridley were already confirmed by Sakurai, but I've seen no proof of that. I think it would be pretty interesting to play as Ridley.
I don't think Deoxys will be included, but by jingle, it'd be cool to see.
Ditto FTW
Donkey Kong needs at least one more representative. I could see Dixie being argued because she's a she, but Diddy is far more important. Him first.
Dry Bones is kind of a tossup. Most games that feature Dry Bones have him as some sort of grunt character. I think he'll be in Brawl somewhere, but not as a playable character. To his credit, he is playable in both Mario Party 7 and Mario Kart DS, and strangely enough, his special Orb in MP7 shared with Boo is one of, if not the, best, and his Dry Bomber MKDS car is among the best in the game.
King K. Rool is DK's villian. If Diddy doesn't get in, this guy would be my #2 pick.
I <3 the Ice Climbers, I really don't want to see them go. Pichu needs to go. He's in there for pure novelty. And Roy sucks hard. What a loser.
I'm going to rant a little here... I hate that people refer to two characters with similar-looking movesets as "clones." Clones are the same; SSBM "clones" are not the same at all. Someone that's mastered Dr. Mario can't just pick Mario on a whim and expect him to play the same. They aren't identical. Whoever suggested that Mario and Luigi are clones needs to actually play SSBM. I believe that the creators did differentiate pairs enough so that they have their own unique style of play. Anyway:
I agree that everyone's moveset needs to be revamped. Peach using SPP moves is ingenious (sp). Dashbrella would be the coolest thing ever.

But I like her rump flares...she's too amusing as is! I haven't played SPP yet so I'm not familiar with her proposed, "new arsenal," but yeah, that would make better sense than what she's got now...plus if I wanted to go back to the good ol' days with her, there's always Melee to boot up.
