I hope they will have D/P pokemon because they would be great and I hope the 3 starters from kanto will still be in too and I hope they bring back the original pokemon level too.

Guys this is a good thread and some people have been doing great posts, but can people please add more to their posts so it is longer than 1 sentence? I'm looking at you Silver the Hedgehog.
Anyway, as for which Pokemon will appear in Brawl, we simply do not know. I don't think that any D/P Pokemon will appear in Brawl at all since they've been working on the game for some time now and integrating them right now probably wouldn't be a good idea. D/P hasn't been out that long either. R/S was out before Melee came out yet no R/S Pokemon were in it.
I think the only D/P Pokemon that has a chance of appearing is Lucario seeing as it was released ages ago, has had a movie based around it, is semi-popular already, and can easily fit any moveset since he has a human-like shape.

The rest of the Diamond and Pearl Pokemon really haven't been around for enough time. I believe the same kinda thing occured with Melee, because I recall the Ruby/Sapphire Pokemon being released before (That's only what I can remember, though correct me if I'm wrong) and it didn't offer any of those Pokemon.
And Silver, the chances of a Yugioh monster appearing in this game are slim to none, and I speak for the majority of us when I say I wouldn't want to see a Yugioh monster in this game.
Lastly, I saw that someone posted something about Tails.
My belief is that 1) Sonic will definitely be in this game (because of his huge fanbase). This leads me to say 2) Since Sakurai only wants three third-party characters, I don't think he's going to want to use up that last slot on a character from the same game as another third-party.
And please, don't even mention the "What if they were like the Ice Climbers?!?!" idea. I'm not saying that won't happen (Although the chances are still REALLY low) it's just that I would personally despise that idea in general. Sonic doesn't need Tails for any reason.

what can i say Abhorsen i dont have many ideas but i hope they will always make more SSBB games i would like to see more playable pokemon in the game and pokeballs i hope they add falco, and maybe peppy or Krystal with her staff, and ganon, zelda, baby mario, gardavoir,or erlade,deoxys all forms, is that good

I really hope that all of the Melee characters, Will come back, I just hope that some of them will still have the same moves, (E.G: Luigi's green fireballs, Etc.) i would also like Master Hand to come back, too! xxashxx.
