this is the details about the animated banner:

and I would like it to show a shiny rayquaza with text saying [Rayquaza Rulez]24 and then for the 2nd scene have a regular rayquaza coming down through an opening in the clouds with sunlight coming through the opening with it,saying"defender of the sky".
oh,btw,can i have a green border on mine with that rayquaza pattern you know.those yellow ovals connected by yellow lines and a small rayquaza sprite on the top right corner?please?
