Some cards from Japan's Triplet Beat (e.g. Amoongus) didn't make it into Paldea Evolved but were eventually added in with Obsidian Flames. Going back to what gigano34 said, this is in reference to Obsidian Flames releasing the same month as Japan's Ruler of the Black Flame. Considering Shrouded Fable as well, it feels like SV7 would have some cards from Paradise Dragona and Stellar Miracle in order for people to want to buy the set.
Last year's Tera Mewtwo ex deck had 9 new cards and Tera Skeledirge ex deck had 7 new cards.
Yes, like I said, we could see some cards being cut to make space for some Paradise Dragona cards.
There is literally no way to know. The TCG does not follow the dex from games.
It kinda doesn't make much sense for them to include the Kanto exs in this. I also don't believe they would include both Garganacl and Flamigo, they usually don't mix different series of gym promos, unless it's a catch up set. If there is gonna be any of them it's either one or the other, not the two. Also Tyme, if it's in the set and not in Shrouded Fable, wouldn't count for the 40 cards as it's a trainer so it comes after Terapagos.
Highly unlikely that there will be FA versions of them.Considering that Sylveon and Ceruledge come from the battle decks, they won't have a full art version, right? just the regular ex?

I don't think sylveon ex and ceruledge ex are going to be part of this set, since they're both stellar tera pokemon, and only four stellar pokemon are in the set (cinderace/lapras/galvantula/terapagos)
What do you think about that promotional material saying there’s more than 20 trainers though? There’s only 14 spaces in the set after Terapagos.
Thing is, Sylveon and Ceruledge are Stellar Type cards, so the fact we're only getting 4 cards basically throws cold water on those cards making it into the set. This set is going to be puny, I just know it.
Likely the same thing that happened in Twilight Masquerade, they are counting the secret rares as well.
The other 6 exs could be the 4 from Battle Academy plus Garganacl and Flamigo.
If Lapras ex is number 32 then it would need the kanto starter exs to reach that number. 19 from Stellar Miracle and 10 from the Battle Academy.
They could do Garganacl ex and Flamigo ex + one of the 2 stage line exs from the Battle Academy and save the other 3 for another set or potentially another Battle Academy?
