Introduction
Hello, as many of you know, I have stuck myself to some very silly and unorthodox teams, such as ones that like to Trick and others that love to Punch. In this take, I have been more serious in my team building, and from what I have seen from this team, could definitely fit up there in my Teams of Fame with the other two, but it needs more of a...kick to it. This team is also the result of my take on trying making the team as unique as possible, while staying in the bounds of the OU rain team. Anyways, without further ado, the team!

Politoed (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Toxic
- Perish Song
- Focus Blast
Albeit the common Politoed, it does both of its' jobs well; keeping up rain and harassing the foe. Scald makes for a good STAB, and the 30% burn chance doesn't hurt either. Toxic is something I chose over Hypnosis due to the fact that there are Keldeo around in this metagame, and that My Little Pony could easily try and set up in my face. Well, Toxic remedies this, making sure Keldeo doesn't get that free turn on me to use Calm Mind. If Toxic doesn't work, Perish Song comes in as a back up, and shoos away set up sweepers, unless they want to be KO'd. Focus Blast is for Ferrothorn. Now I bet you might be thinking "Why? That's terrible, take that out for Protect or Ice Beam!" All I have to say is; Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn does give this team a few problems, and if having Focus Blast lowers that problem, even by a bit, than I am fine by that.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Bug Bite
Thanks to having a useful ability, as well as base 130 Attack stat, what other reason could you not resist having this monster bug on your team? Thanks to U-Turn, I can scout threats, and choose any of my Pokemon needed to take care of the threat sent in to dispose of Scizor. Bullet Punch is definitely the main move on Scizor, not only gaining STAB, Bullet Punch also gives Scizor priority, which takes quick care of faster threats in today's metagames, as well as finishing off faster, but weakened, Pokemon. Supoerpower gladly takes care of what the other moves of Scizor's arsenal cannot; Steel-types. Whether a predicted Heatran switch-in, or a Ferrothorn in the way, Superpower simply takes care of what would otherwise be un-hittable. I chose Bug Bite over Pursuit for a few reasons, namely the ability to hit the oh-so-common Rotom-W harder, as well as any other Water-types, etc. without the drawbacks of Superpower.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Scald
- Roar
For any other veteran of the DPP era, this should definitely be a familiar face, whether with a smile, or a frown. For those of you who do not know, this is CroCune, bane of the DPP era, now put into lowly UU. The first, and probably the move that makes CroCune so evil, is Rest, which, fully restores your HP to full health. Thanks to Sleep Talk, the two turns asleep really aren't a problem, while still having the ability to be offensive. Thanks to Gen 5, Suicune has gained a huge gift with Scald, and with this set, Scald becomes a major godsend, thanks to the 30% burn. Roar tops off the last of CroCune, which is the other major reason why this set is so infamous. It can easily phase out the foe who has setup (quite easily Keldeo), and easily Rest back to full health. Suicune is also one of the two main Pokemon that make this team, and while Thundurus-T might seem like a problem, the next Pokemon easily goes hand-in-hand with Suicune to take care of this problem.
Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Trait: Trace
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
For purposes unforeseen, Porygon2 is also in the UU tier, but it's no problem, for Porygon2 has all the right moves

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SDef / 32 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Iron Head
- Wish
- Body Slam
Rounding off my core, it's...Jirachi! Since Suicune is a long-term player and Porygon2 is busy taking all the hits aimed at Suicune, what else is there to do? Well, for one thing, the hazards damage is appreciated, and Jirachi makes for the perfect hazards setter, not worrying about Ferrothorn's troublesome 4x Fire weakness. Iron Head makes for a perfect fit on Jirachi, being that Iron Head has a 60% crit rate thanks to Serene Grace, which means Jirachi will hardly ever get touched. Wish makes for good recovery, also being able to pass on Wishes to weakened team mates who cannot recover back their HP, or are too weak and too slow to recover health. Body Slam is the final move, which gives me a chance to cripple the likes of Gliscor and the predicted Landorus-T.
Thundurus-T (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
Last, but not least, Thundurus-T! He's one of the most used Pokemon in OU, and for a good reason. Monstrous Sp. Attack, coupled with a Choice Scarf makes for a definitely threatening force that all Pokemon should worry about in some way, or another. Thundurus-T is equipped with Volt Switch, which is also used to scout the opponent out. Thunder is a definite must, not only backed up by 389 Sp. Attack, but also with STAB, which will either dent or KO nearly all other Pokemon in the OU tier. Hidden Power Ice is used to hit Dragon-types for super effective damage that Thunder only hits for neutral damage. Focus Blast ends off the set, taking care of a certain opposing weather user (Tyranitar), and any other Steel, Rock, Ice, or Normal-type that comes my way.

Threat List
Color key:
- Minor threat (defensive Pokemon, Pokemon that can sometimes be quite a threat; something like Unaware Quagsire, etc.) -
- Medium threat (can take some turns to properly be a threat, can at times be speedy attackers like Latios) -
- Major threat (can easily take my team down, is a bad problem) -
- Medium threat (can take some turns to properly be a threat, can at times be speedy attackers like Latios) -
- Major threat (can easily take my team down, is a bad problem) -
Ferrothorn - I don't really have a lot to get rid of it, other than Politoed (Focus Blast), Thundurus-T (Focus Blast), or Scizor (Superpower). If all of my three counters are down, Ferrothorn still isn't really a threat, just a tougher wall.
