Super Smash Bros. 3DS/Wii U

That sounds pretty rad. I'd love to see Shulk in the new Smash Bros. I played Xenoblade Chronicles a little bit and the little bit I did play was pretty awesome. I'd love to see how he will be revealed and what his moveset will be. Hopefully the Monado (his special blade) won't just be a beating stick.

EDIT: They will probably reveal Shulk.
 
It's odd that Melee is still so big. Usually older fighting games die out as newer ones/sequels come out.

Usually the sequels are meant to be as competitively viable as the original, though. Sakurai made a conscious decision to make Brawl a slower and less competitive game, so it's no real surprise most competitive players decided to stick with Melee. Smash is a unique kind of fighting game as well, which means there's not really any other series one could flock to.

Smash 4 doesn't seem like it'll fix most of Brawl's flaws as a competitive game, so there's a pretty big chance Melee will keep on being played for at least a few more years. I still think it's without a doubt one of the best competitive games out there — perhaps even the best — so I certainly wouldn't mind.
 
Rayman trophy, huh? So now we got Nintendo, Sega, NamcoBandai, CAPCOM, AND Ubisoft? If Snake returns and Shulk's in, that makes this the biggest crossover game of all time in regards of characters from developers. Well, it actually already is since Sega did a 3 way crossover with NamcoBandai and CAPCOM before. OMG I'm so full of hype!! SO MUCH HYPE!! No longer can we expect the expected, as I had predicted. Rayman right now means something big nobody expected is coming!!

That got me thinking too. Why reveal the trophy of Rayman on the day of a new character reveal?
Also:

«In order to make Rayman's trophy, we asked Ubisoft to share their references. We were expecting to receive 2D drawing references for Rayman, but to our surprise, they sent us data of a brand new 3D model that they rendered for this game!! As a huge Rayman fan I'd break into tears if we got Rayman today :')
 
I've honestly been hoping it would be a dual reveal of Sceptile and Mewtwo, because two Pokémon would go together pretty well, and Sceptile would finish the three starter types, while also promoting the new game, and Mewtwo is just a favorite in my opinion. From an honest standpoint though, I expect Rayman or Shulk.
 
I'm still thinking Shulk is likely -- although Rayman is a definite possibility now too. Then again, the video today would be somewhat anti-climactic if Rayman was revealed to be a newcomer after having be shown as a trophy just hours earlier.

I realize it's a lot, I just want it. It would be fun to have a bunch of options from series I know well. Well now there seem to be a lot of Fire Emblem fighters. And now six fighters from Pokémon doesn't seem as Farfech'd (heh) anymore.
 
I love newcomers, and the fact we got more than one is awesome. But what I'm really pumped about is Capt. Falcon. I was never worried about Falcon's exclusion, but still...feels good man.
 
Ohman, so excited. We got both Lucina AND Robin. I also love that they made Robin focus on his/her magic so that we kinda break the "sword-user" mold that all FE units have gotten in SSB before. I got a good laugh out of Chrom's inclusion in the video; I couldn't really tell, but it looks like he might be a part of Lucina's or Robin's final smash or something? Regardless, super excited. <3

EDIT: Looks like he's part of Robin's final smash, I'm guessing, based on the official site's screenshot.
 
Seeing as how Chrom wasn't added when they updated the site, I'm guessing that's it. Unless it's still updating, as it is going a bit slow at the moment like the last time i went to it while it updated. Hehe.

The hype is unimaginably real. 2 new characters and a fan favorite reveal, what more could you ask for?! I'm just surpirsed both Robin and Lucina made the cut.
 
Yeah, definitely. I've had my fingers crossed for both of them (and Chrom) hoping 1 of the 3 would make it, but I really felt like Lucina would have replaced Marth and Chrom would have replaced Ike, so hopes dwindled when they were revealed. Robin I just didn't honestly expect because it's so out of the norm for the FE character's they've included so far, but thought it would be super cool if they made him/her magic-oriented, which is exactly what they did, too.

I hope that Lucina is a bit more than a Marth clone, but even if she is, I'd still definitely play her over Marth just because Marth is such a bland character to begin with. >_>
 
Yeah, from the trailer it did seem like Lucina was an exact copy of Marth which is a bummer. Hopefully she still has some new attacks.

In Brawl we had 5 Pokémon, but so far it's only three in New Smash. I don't think it's had enough reps so far.
