My biggest apologies that I wasn't able to catch you that day!
I'd be more than happy to trade with you sometime tomorrow evening between two and six since I have some plans going on this Thursday. If not tomorrow, I'd gladly do the trade Friday or over the weekend

I am quite assuming shinies are off limits so I am not even going to go near those
Instead, I am most interested in a decently iv'd Pichu/Pikachu with Volt Tackle if that is a possibility?

Timid, 31/x/31/31/31/31, if it's not too much trouble. It's not too concerning for me if one of the IVs are misplaced.
