The centerpiece of your TCG collection

Full art Kyurem-EX. It's not my most valuable card, probably far from it, but I collect Ice-Types, and it's one of the nicest-looking Ice cards around. (And probably the best-looking full art card in general IMO.) Plus I spent a long time looking for one. (There was only like 2 around here that I ever saw. Took me until like a month after Boundaries Crossed came out to get one.)

I have... too many.

The biggest crowning glory would of course be the No.1/2/3 Trainer cards I have from the Kamex Mega Battle (of which I can confirm the No.1 is from the junior prizes due to the sister seniors card recently being auctioned) but I've seen a number of pretty rare or just generally lovely cards come into my possession.

Wow... nice collection
How did you get your gloves on 1, 2, and 3?

Private sale and luck of the draw. Had good contacts and good history with their prior owner and I was offered them first and foremost when I enquired about payment plans.

For sheer awesomeness? My Japanese full arts. I'm not even close to a full set of them, but I do have some of my favourites, including Kyogre EX FA. They're just so awesomely beautiful.

Though, I guess my personal centerpiece would be my first edition holo Here Comes Team Rocket! Back when The TR set first came out, I got this card in my very first pack and loved it so much that I carried it around with me as a good luck charm. It got bent and creased and dirty and eventually lost. :< A couple years ago when I started getting back into the TCG again, a friend of mine gave me some cards from the sets that I'd missed as a sort of "welcome back" to the TCG, and included in the bunch was another 1st ed holo HCTR, far from mint condition, but that was just fine by me since that meant I wouldn't have to worry about keeping it nice. That new card is now in my wallet as a new good luck charm! It's a symbol of the fun I've had with the TCG over the years and probably my overall favourite Pokémon card in existence.

My 1st ED Shadowless Chansey, by far.
Next is Japanese Southern Island Mew.

2 of my 3 fave pokemon & cards.

Uh... My two SR Charizards and Three Cobalion EXs I've pulled out of two drafts. (Two Cobalions were at the prerelease draft side-event. Charizard was gotten in my prize packs at the same draft.)

Of the cards in my collection, my favorite might be my base set misprint pikachu with red cheeks. Didn''t have to trade to much for it, and it's in pretty good condition.

I don't collect Pokemon cards too seriously, but I would say my favorite card in my collection would have to be Worlds 2007 Flygon ex that I got from a friend. (I also have a worlds 2007 vibrava to match, but not a trapinch) As for rarest cards(or most money-wise) though, I havent really reasearched into it, but I guess it would probably be my first edition holo Here Comes Team Rocket. It's not exactly in mint condition though, but not bad either.

Posted here a good amount of times. But...

Sentimental-wise: My card that got me into pokemon... Suicune POP holo promo!

Rarity: Tough. Have very little old cards... So Celebi EX holo tin promo?

Cash wise: CPu search, BC

Regice star - bought 5 packs of ex legend maker and pulled this (as well as a Dustox ex!). Was my first gold star ever :)

Japanese Base Charizard -1 pack, 1 Charizard. Every kids dream was to pull the base charizard haha, finally did it.

SH Lotad - was driving with my mum on my birthday a few years ago and we drove past a toy world. I jokingly asked if she could but me some cards, she agreed and got me a tin and yoooo there it was.

Crystal Ho-oh - First holo I got from the second skyridge box I opened. Honestly didn't care what the rest of the pull were, that Ho-oh was 100% gem mint and looked awesome.

I know none of these are that valuable, they are just some of my favorites :)

I don't have that much of value, except there are a few cards that are particularly memorable:
Potion Energy from Team Rocket. When I was 8 or something, someone traded me this and I think it looks awesome.
Dark Tyranitar (from Jessie theme deck). My first Pokemon product. I liked dual types because the background colours looked nice. However the foil is peeling off the card now :(
Latias delta from EX Delta Species. Although quite average condition (bent, scratched etc.) it was shiny and delta species which were things I really wanted when I got it.
Jumbo/non jumbo darkrais (spacial rend, roar of time). First jumbo card (*it's so big!*) I put the big one into a plastic sleeve (A4) to stop it from gathering dust on my desk :p
Fan/Frost/Heat Rotoms. They were shiny and out-of-main set (RT something), and seemed really special until recently when I found out they weren't worth much. Traded Heat Rotom for a promo Mewtwo EX a few days ago.
Absol G Lv.X. My first Lv.X: everyone remembers 'their first ___ card', right?
Articuno EX. My first EX (ditto)
Admittedly I have not much that's worth that much. I haven't bought many cards from post-BW after I quit for a while after HS.
Still looking to own a old ex, shining or crystal pokemon (quite unlikely seeing as I can't buy these cards cheaply anyway).

My old centerpiece was a mewtwo ex normal art. I bought 1 pack of next destinies to treat myself since i got my blood drawn and pulled a mewtwo ex!

The collection have is Jirachi merchandise for days, with my FA Bianca PSA Graded 10 in the center.

My first addition base set charizard is by far my favorite. My brother gave to me some odd 12-13 years ago and it's been kept safe ever since. Also all my pre release and promos from the same time frame.
