Yeah, there's a decent chance that I won't be submitting an entry. I've gotten some of it done in my free time, but between an already demanding school schedule and running my own game, I've had almost zero time to work on my fakemon.

Well I've submitted with one. Something tells me I won't come first, or second, or third...
If there are, say, 2 people who don't submit, do the bottom 3 not including them face whatever punishment there is? Or is there no punishment (I can't seem to find it)?

I'm assuming, if three people don't submit, those three are up for elimination. If two don't, then two of the three up for elimination will be them.
By the looks of things, though, only 5 or 6 will be submitting:
Myself, KoN, SF, Eron, Rev3rsor and maybe MTC?
