No, because MTC has to single out scorched. If MTC moves down now, he traps Scorched from moving right. When rev moves right later, Scorched must go up and subsequently MTC can move up one turn later and kill Scorched. rev can get away from TheGuy on his own, easily.

Rev and Mach go left.
SF goes left.
But then TG may move down and try to kill Rev, but he will kill Mach, then, Rev, will just go up.

OR

Rev and Mach go left.
SF goes left.
TG goes left.
So Machamp goes down, Rev right.

It's better for him to go up than down, light is down.

Oh, and eron, for something to burn an energy output and some substance to combust are required; since you are mixing a substance with the antimatter and the result is an explosion, the matter is combusted, in a sense, generating energy. I could be wrong, though, since fire is a plasma, and I'm not entirely sure if there is enough matter in an antimatter explosion to generate a coherent and sustained plasma.
At least in a basic sense, you could say that your matter combusts.
I warned you to not do it again.

Sorry, keeper, but blackmailing me with fakemon won't work anymore; I'm done with the gen7.
I was the only one who took it seriously and worked in it, and I already did my work, learned a lot and now let it go. If it revives, good, but I won't direct another thing if I don't see interest and commitment form people besides me. I'm about to start school anyway, so if I was the only thing keeping it alive, it's better off dead.

I think it's not plasma, but the explosion of Matter mixed with antimatter, makes particles that go away, to move VERY fast.

so if I were the only thing keeping it alive, it's better off dead.

The explosion doesn't "make" particles; law of entropy, I think. Matter is transformed into energy, so you don't have matter anymore, just energy.
So in a practical sense, your matter was combusted; in a technical sense, only a plasma physicist could answer.
