Let's look at it this way.
Let's say james is right. let's say P is in fact a guy.
If his profile says female, he made a conscious decision to make it say female, which could be due to quite a few reasons, all legitimate, since he isn't trying to trick people into something (unless this is a dating site and I missed that), so, why make a scandal out of it?
Even if james's assertion is correct, he's correct about a moot point, and even worse, his moot point makes him look (and by extension, you) like a bit of an intolerant asshole.
I don't think any one of you are intolerant assholes; but you are young and gullible.
You must stop being so gullible and start to take your own conclusions out of things.

I'm pretty sure Palutena's gender in his profile is incorrect for the same reason he was -1 years old for a while.

Also my gender on most sites is female. I forgot to do it on this one because I was tired when I made this account, but honestly most people think I'm a girl anyway.

Yes, she can change the data on her profile freely, we've established that.
But how does that equals her gender is somehow incorrect? and even more to the point, why should we care?
In this case, the burden of proof is on you, celever, not me... and I don't care enough anyway.
If you recall I mistook you for a girl some time ago; would you have corrected me as you did if you had remembered to set your gender here too?
This is an excellent example of my point; why would eron feel the need to clarify celever's gender, even though it's perfectly clear from what he just said?
Why does it even matter?
All of this started because of a generalizing noun correction by someone that noun wasn't even referring to, and who was in no position to have reliable information on its correctness; the issue was duly ignored, was then corrected, and yet it persists.
Besides, don't we have a game to play? pain and something?
