Okay, so Joeypals!! joined 7/16/2009 and was banned sometime around 4/17/2011.
In that time, he left quite a legacy. So ask: "Who is Joeypals!!"

Early Life-
Joeypals!!'s account was made when a teenage boy looked for a Pokemon forum and registered to that Pokemon forum.
That Pokemon forum was PokeBeach. Joey joined long before my time, and many others, making it a bit hard to find information on him.
Most records on his early life are unknown(because the post pages stop at 50). But let's skip to the juicy stuff.

Later On-
A certain time before me, not long ago, a rivalry sprouted between TheDarkLucario and Joeypals!!. Although I'm not certain how it started, and when I asked Guy, he told me "Joey was stupid, TDL didn't like that". But thank's to TDL's "The Ban Game" I can get just a tiny bit of it on these few pages. Apparently (from what I saw), while talking to Guy, TDL stated
Joey responded, resulting in TDL respond, and so on and so forth. This resulted in a least half a page being deleted by super moderator, Dragonexpert.
Joey even made the breaking record of "51-Bans" that were mostly, if not all, aimed at Lucario.
Joey didn't seem to like Guy89 either quoting "I will never forgive you." and "Then Things I Hate about you(and what you have done) Guy." This was probably because he was "pressured" to reveal his role in Werewolf and proceded to get banned from the game. He quoted "I was ticked, but I zipped."
He was also known for getting into small fights with Dmaster.
Joey versus sillykyle!(also known as Steve) was the most apparent. It was the argument and a flame war that got Joey banned and got Steve banned for three weeks (and resulted in many post being deleted, I assume). As said in Joey's "will" :

Everyone, I'm sorry to say I must go. I loved nearly each one of you since the time I joined in June of 2009. I've had lots up ups and downs, my emotions in life carrying out what I say.
I would like to thank those who support me: Darkvoid, my amazing buddy. PDC, my first friend here, and many more.
However, there are a few that have gotten me banned the four times that I've been banned.
The first and second were the fights with Dmaster. Oh, that part I knew I had a hand in. The third and fourth, not so much. I was pressured to reveal my role in Werewolf and I get banned from the game. Let me tell you, I was ticked, but I zipped. This last one, I do not get at all.
"Name calling, trolling, and causing problems in general", I only get the first part because I admit. I did call SillyKyle a darkened heart with a twisted soul. But am I mad? No, for I knew what I said and meant it, he hated me for reasons unknown. The trolling part I don't get, because he seemed like a troll to me. Finally, a "nuisance in general"? Practically everyone agreed with what I was saying. Let me guess, SillyKyle tattled on me and I didn't get a chance to defend?
I'd like to leave my personal possessions to a few. Darkvoid, I am leaving you with PokeSurvivor. PDC, I give you my tourney. Drop me out obviously. As for my happiness? Let that go over each and everyone one of you that I was nice. I'm sad I have to go, since I don't understand what happened exactly, but I don't have a voice anymore. I can't even talk to the mods at this point.
Congrats SillyKyle, you destroyed one of Pokebeach's most beloved members. I hope you feel happy with yourself and with my friends upset.

ElectricPokemonMaster: I believe I met EPM about 4 months ago. At first, I believe it was a small amount of mingling, then we actually talked with more context. EPM is an avid roleplayer, currently hosting an RPG named PokéClue. He is very kind and loves Jirachi, just like me! 
Hyperbeem: "I met Joey when I joined up with Team Dimensional, he was already pretty well known on Pokebeach and we often met on Shoddy Battle so we pretty much became friends. Since then, we have battled a lot, I win some, lose some xD. I decided to make a solo run, inspired by Joey, and he was also what brought me into the Game Corner. Joey is a pretty cool guy!" Sonicyellow: One of my friends for only a few months now. We ended up meeting when he was one of the Big Brother contestants, and he knew how to spice it up! From one comment to another, I saw that he was a lot like me, and I instantly liked him as a friend! (PM me if you want me to add more)
42C: Became a friend of mine through Big Brother. He enjoys talking to me, battling me on shoddy and playing in the Big Brother games. Sadly, he has the patientce of a two-year-old. I know, quite sad. He can also do epically awesome manical laughs! (PM me if you want me to add more)
Cool kid: Another person I met from Big brother as a contestant. we have discussed PMD, as well a a few rescues. He is also planning to join the Global PokedeX group that is in the works. (PM me if you want me to add more)

"I have known joey since the beginning of my short, yet successful and fun months on pokebeach so far. I believe we first met when we both were on Team Dimensional, it was fun, though I only knew him as another Team D member then. Shortly after, I was browsing the game corner and came across his quiz game, I thought I should give it a go, and it was very fun. During this time, I left Team D to start another team, which eventually led to me being banned because the thread got spammy. I was heartbroken when joey wouldn't let me back into the game after I got back. Then...he made his trade thread. This was the turning point in our short time of knowing each other, seeing his new thread, inspired me to bring back my old one and try to join him, alas, he already had a trade partner, so instead, I used my free time to add fun and cool effects to his trade thread, making it look much nicer and showy. I then revamped my own trade thread after this success with his, and later, I revamped his partner, Richkid's, section as well. I began to do business again, and joey was one of my prime customers. We traded each other for many a shiny and legendary, I entered in his raffles as well as donate some of my finest event pokemon that I had obtained to help him out. Around this time, I became interested in Big Brother, and upon PMing Joey, I became upset that it was only a veterans version. I was scrounging the thread after, and realized that each season...has prizes...and the prizes...come from...SPONSORS!! (yes, 2 exclamation points, like "Joeypals!!" XD) So, I was given the job of sponsoring (and now staffing) Big Brother V-Oh Brother, the biggest Big Brother yet!! As I write this, Joeypals!! is one of my best friends, trade customers, staffing partners, and team members (as I recently rejoined Team D).

Reappearance-
Joeypals!! came back under the profile name of "Dark Jirachi". He then proceeded to make a thread entitled "Whatever happened to Joeypals!!" of something like that. However, in the ban game and in Dark Jirachi's thread itself, people started to suspect that Dark Jirachi was actually Joeypals!! himself due to the similarities like posting in red, and knowing how to use spoilers right away. This account and it's posts were deleted.

Joey's friend list is so false. Me and Hyperbeem make jokes about him all the time. Joey is made fun of all the time since his ban. Other than that, I'd not center the entire thing. It looks weird.
How did I meet Joey? I met him on Shoddy. He ran all sorts of gimmicks like Zap Canon Forretress (seriously, who is stupid enough to do that?) and constantly complained when he lost ("Awwwwwww, you only won because of hax. I never lose. You suck and need to learn how to play DPP. My name is Joeypals!! I'm a troll and is bound to get banned for such in the future for being one.").
I also like Guy's quote "Joey was stupid, TDL didn't like that". Bahahaha

When Joeypals!! brought the count to 50 game back to Pokebeach it was all out war. It was the n00bs, members, and some cool peoples against the awesomeness of the mods. Some current mods were on the side mostly made up of n00bs. Some mods in that raging war no longer even visit Pokebeach anymore. It started with mostly dmaster beating the heck out of tons of members with a little help from Zy and SotS, but the stupid members kept getting higher and higher chains. The little n00bs finally got to 50 and found one of dmaster’s fatal weaknesses: sleep. The members continued on, and dmaster along with the other mods realized that the game could not be left alone for more than a few hours. Dmaster went to watch a movie and when he returned he saw that the members had done it again. The members got all the way to 50 and were half way on to the next victory. It never came.
On the day of Christmas Meaty gave the best and most powerful gift EVAR.
