I assume when the black is drawn, the game continues.

At the conclusion of this challenge

there should be

6 on Dabu, 6 on Chapera, 1 No-Tribe (Celever), and 1 eliminated

then the no-tribe "exiled" one will join the tribe that loses the next challenge once they've eliminated someone I think.
