Card Slinger J said:It's not so much as Marvel trying to kill my childhood but at the same time it's them trying to give a 50+ year old Superhero that's been the posterchild for the franchise (aside from X-Men's Wolverine) a huge sendoff for a more relevant character like Deadpool. You can't really relate to him like Spider-Man but he is better at wisecracking jokes and puns that will keep you entertained enough to buy Deadpool comics at least regardless If you think of him as a rip-off of Deathstroke from DC's Teen Titans.
