I'm kind of curious about Delta - 224 "Goose". Our trade was confirmed, said they would send first. About a week after they said they would send, I asked if they had sent and they said they hadn't because they didn't have any stamps. I'd like to just cancel the trade if they haven't sent. Can I do that, but would I get a negative ref?

Other party has 14 days to get their end of the trade to you.
After that 14 days you can cancel the trade by notifying the other party and leave a neutral reference. Canceling the trade sooner leaves you open to a negative for backing out.

I made a trade with SeaLegend, confirmed on 5-08-10 at 12:29PM. I sent first, and sent out on 5-10-10. I still have not received, and SeaLegend will not respond to my PMs. On his profile, his last visit was yesterday at 8:41 PM, and I sent my PM yesterday at 11:41 AM.

i finalized a trade with XxKillaFTWxX. he hasnt been on for a while(last time i checked) and i dont think he sent. He was suppose to send first and i have been sending him private messages and emails asking if he sent me my stuff. no reply. can you please do something about this?

How long have you been waiting? If it has been 2 weeks you can elect to cancel the trade and leave a neutral reference.
Hey, so I finalized a trade with yoyo on 5/17. He was to send first. Since then I haven't gotten his cards, and I've sent him two PM's inquiring into the status of our trade with no response, and his activities show that he's definitely been online. If I can make contact with him, I'd be fine continuing the trade, but at this point I'm more than willing to cancel with a neutral ref if I can't contact him.

I'm having a problem with PokemonLv36X and it's getting me quite worked up... I posted several times in his thread asking him to CML for his 2x Call Energy (1 RH), and made a few offers. We confirmed one, then PM'd to finalize. I receive his cards, and they're two non-foil Calls, in mediocre condition. I call him out on it and he apologizes for making the mistake, then asks me if it's that big of a deal. When I say it is and that I want him to send the RH Call, he tries accusing me of not actually making a deal for a RH Call, that it was only for two regular Calls. I show him several posts, and he concedes that we did in fact make an agreement for one of the Calls to be RH. Afterwards, he wants to trade with me again so he doesn't have to waste postage on just one card (the RH). I refuse, stating the fact that his cards were not in very good condition and I didn't want the same thing to happen again. He then requests that I simply send back the cards, at which point I PM'd Shining Raikou as to what action I should take and replied to PokemonLv36X saying I would gladly send them back, but he would get a negative reference for my wasted time and supplies. He then replies, "waT! are u serious, i gave u the cards u wanted!, but u are being stuck up, not once in the pm's does it say RH, that is wat i go by when making the envelopes, i sorry, but that is really pointless of u."
I want to leave a negative ref, and as stated in the rules it should be fully in my rights to do so. Also, I'd like to point out how at first he was apologetic and admitted his mistake of sending the wrong card, then changed his story to not having to send a RH Call in the first place.
The best case scenario for me however, is if he actually sends out the RH Call and I send one of his normal ones with my end of the trade. I don't want to leave a negative ref, I want to complete the trade how it was originally confirmed but it doesn't seem he is interested in doing so.

Sounds like your best case scenario is the only viable solution.

OK, It sounds like his end is not going to come. PM him:
1. You have waited over 14 days, you are canceling the trade.
2. Leaving him a NEUTRAL ref. You didn't loose anything.
3. You are putting the cards you have been keeping for him back up for trade.
4. If his end of the trade arrives you will return his cards.
