i have a trade with RareCandyAwesomeness i recevied his end
i sent and he hasnt replyed back to me as to whether he recevied or not, and hasnt left me a reff
i tried pming him but without reply and i posted on his thread with no reply
what should i do


i also had a trade with konter_j8902 we both recevied and but he never left me a reff i pmed him twice with no reply
what should i do?

I had a trade arranged with Schmawl. It was something like this:

My:
Mesperit LA, Uxie LA, Roseanne's Research

His:
PromoCroak, Claydol LP, Aarons Collection, Pokemon Communication

I sent my end right away. He said that he'd send in a few days.

Cards didn't come. I reminded him, he said sorry, that he'd forgotten, that he'd send right away.

Cards still didn't come.

2 weeks later, I sent him a PM saying that he still didn't leave, threatened to leave a negative ref. He still didn't send, although, you guessed it, he promised to send soon.

Months later...

About a week ago I sent him a PM saying that I still haven't gotten his end. He didn't respond to this, even though in the PM I requested that he send back my end if he didn't want to do the trade. He still hasn't sent.

Now, one thing I want to ask...

Should I leave a negative ref?

Also, what steps should I take to get my cards back?
 
I finalized a trade with Brawler three weeks to a month before states, he was first to send. After a couple weeks I contacted him and he ignored me, after a few days I was ignored again. I contacted dmaster and he talked to Brawler some three times over the following two or three weeks. Finally a couple weeks ago he told me that he was sending for sure and that he had just had some recent family issues, I still have nothing. At this point I would just like to close the trade since I haven't lost anything. I don't care about leaving him a negative ref or even getting the card at this point I just want to be able to clear out my inbox and put the cards I was going to send him back on my thread.

This is more of a suggestion for the rules than anything. Today I received some cards in the mail (four), and they only put one forever stamp on the envelope. Of course, since such a thick package is bound to be more, 44 cents was not enough and now I am stuck with paying the extra 95 cents.

Can we please make it a rule that the sender must put the correct postage on the envelope? This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm tired of paying other peoples' postage.
 
Contact the other party, They owe you either the postage or something to make up the difference, like a card you both can agree on. If the other party is unwilling to work with you please feel free to PM me.

You are responsible to get your end of the trade where it needs to go and so are they.
 
A problem wit that rule though, is that not everyone knows the postage that needs to be payed to send to *insert where it's going to here*. You have to remember that there are a lot of younger traders here that may not know all that info. You can easily if you have a Postage Scale, but not everyone can afford one of those.

I understand though, especially in your case. That was a very simple thing to know. 4 Cards won't ship under 1 Stamp under normal circumstances... Then again it has for me before oddly, the Post Office made a mistake. But they were busy, so I couldn't point it out. (They charged me for 1 Stamp, gave me two)

I'm having a problem with Pkmniac, the trade confirmation was made three weeks ago. I haven't got anything from him yet. He sent me a PM last week asking me if I got his side of the trade. Unfortunently, I haven't got anything from him yet. Also, he was to send first due to that he had lower refs then me.

About a month ago I had a deal with the crippler 18, I sent my end ( a Dragon Ball Z DS game) and he left me a positive ref, see ref thread for more, I THOUGHT he was going to send out his deal, so I deleted my PMs (only thing I could deleted without running out of PM space). A week later.... he PMs me saying " I deleted my PMs, what was I supposed to send you?" and I told him, " I deleted my PMs too, so I do not know, the only thing I remember is a Floatzel GL X" I ask him if he has it, he replies no. ( which is like backing out) I then request that he sends a replacement, I suggested:

Crobat PRIME
Lanturn PRIME
Ursa PRIME
FULL Raikou/Suicune JPN

he agreed and then in some PMs later said " oh I do not have the FULL Raikou/Suicune JPN anymore" (backing out again) Long story short I FINALLY got the cards yesterday, and I was wondering, if I could put AT LEAST a Neutral ref for all this.

P.S. I really needed that Floatzel GL X
 
Without any PMs to back up the original trade there is not much for us to look into.
Sounds like the 2 of you worked out this unfortunate situation yourselves.
It doesn't sound like crippler backed out, sounds like he tried to complete your trade the best he could.

I will PM you with reference leaving instructions after the TC looks at this.
 
I am leaving a Neatrual Ref for JakeKaplan95, because it took 18 days for me to finally recieve. (this was NOT overseas) Just letting you trade council members know.

I want to leave a negative ref with Misa. It's been more than 2 months since my trade with Misa has been finalized and I never received Misa's end. Misa has received mine, told me they received mine, said they would send out and never did and they have failed to respond to PMs. And the profile says they haven't been online since 3/30/2010.
