Maybe it is just me, but no offence, I just couldn't read your hand writing on that youtube video. That may be because of the quality. That could be a reason that it is taking long or there may have been a mix up.
Btw my statistics above for lengths are purely based upon past trade experiences and my mail service regulations. If you feel you need to take this into the TC's hands due to pokebeach rules, that is fine.

I would like to post my story, as the rules say before adding neg feedback.
On Nov-December, I made a deal with Soul Seeker [Soul] for my Salamence Lv X. I sent my side a bit late, but with enough notices and updates... He confirms me that he received my side and that he has sent his.
I PM him around January asking whats going on, he gives me his first excuse saying that he had already traded his side... Thankfully, he had spares and he would send them ASAP.
February comes, no mail... He blames it on the snow! But he said that he has sent it. But not registered. I have read the rules and the reason behind my neg feedback is behind these facts:
1. He didnt had the cards at hand for the trade when it came to send his part [5. Only list cards that you have in hand and available for trade = 1st Warning]
2. He made several excuses, taking a Month to "send" his side [Time frames for completing trades: 18 days = Temporal Ban]
3. He has not replaced the cards if he really sent his part and the mail just screwed up [YOU and you alone are responsible for making the other trader satisfied with their end of the trade]
EDIT - 4. He has not left a referral, not that it matters now, but I would still like to receive one.
I understand that this are more than enough reasons to leave a Neg Feedback, I trust the mods to do whatever decision they choose... If there's any further communication with him, I will notify you guys first. And as always, I have the whole string of PMs available for your review.
