It's no big deal! I appreciate the apology, but it was my fault to begin with for sending a less-than-mint Togekiss.

And to avoid spam, we are able to smoothly transition this problem out with a beautiful solution that accomodates both of us. :) So...there's no problem anymore! :D
 
I recently made a trade with "INFERNAPE112892"..He received my cards and over 30 stamps but only sent 6 of the more than 30 cards I'm supposed to get. When he sent those 6 he just said "Ill send the others when I know you received these" which seemed weird but i went with it. He then asked me to go ahead and leave him a positive rep b/c "he needed it" and he would send the cards that day. Its now been weeks and he has been "sick" and now its the snow so I want to change my rep to atleast neutral till i get my cards. Here is what the trade was :

So about two weeks ago I finalized a trade with Brawler. We agreed since he had no refs that he would send first. I haven't received his end and he has ignored my PM's. At this point I assume I am not getting my card and would like to leave him a negative ref.

What does the TC suggest?

I too would like to file a dispute with Wishirulz. I sent first and he has recived, hasn't left a ref. He hasn't sent his silver shaymin sleeves and instead of an RH Gardy SW, he sent 2 spiritomb AR. He hasn't responded to my PM's and I would like to resolve this problem. I have the original PM's if you wan't them
 
SrSpoony agreed we'd send at the same time. I shipped my $10, and I'm waiting...waiting for my Arceus Prerelease sleeves. It's been two weeks, and it stinks. He hasn't been on since the 10th of this month.

Ok. I am probably going to leave SeaLegend a negative ref. if I don't get the cards by Saturday. I have been nice so far, but it's been almost a month since we finalized. It may just be a mix-up because he/she never gave me his/her address (he still said he would send out), but I really feel that something needs to be done. I have PM'd him/her multiple times, with no response. I have the PM's if you want to look at them. Thanks for your help in advance!:p

i made a trade with dragonexpert around 2 weeks ago, and i still haven't received. I've sent him 3 pm's asking whats going on, and he hasn't replied, but he has been online. I'm not sure what to do at this moment so i came here

I made a trade with Wishirulz at the end of January, and we agreed to send at the same time because he lives in Canada. I sent and he never did. I followed up and he didn't respond, but he was online. AND it has been a month on the 20th. BTW, his profile said he was "using the pm system" right after I sent him a pm.
