Having an issue with Mr.Ferrari.

Initial trade confirmed on Dec. 10th. I never received and he said the package came back to him in the mail and he would resend. Again I waited and still nothing comes, and now he said it must have gotten lost in the mail. Tried to work something out with him AGAIN involving a different card and he is still giving me trouble and I am really doubting I will ever receive anything at all. Have all PM's saved. Any help on this matter is much appreciated, thank you.

Hey, I would like to leave a neutral/negative ref in Wishirulz reputation thread. We have had a trade organised since 01/15/01 and he has messaged me (01/23) to say that he no longer needs the cards agreed in our trade and hasn't sent his side, since he is a new trader and he was sending first. I messaged him after we agreed the trade informing him that he couuld pull out of the trade 5 days ago he said everything was good to go ahead as originally agreed now he has once again changed his mind. I can provided copies of PMs if you feel this is required.

Personally I think this is just a bad misunderstanding by a relatively new trader. However, it has been an awful lot of hard work to try and work this trade and therefore it is not going ahead. Thanks dudes

I am haveing a problem with Wishirulz we made a trade and i gave him my address and he has not sent out yet nor when I PMed him has he said anything back to me

Tristan: Hmmmm...thats something we really deal with since communication is something you both have to work out. Try PMing him some more and wait a bit, and if nothing LMK.

i would like to leave a neg reff for Heatran1991 because i sent out December 26th and had very poor communication with him. He finally sent me a PM saying that he got my cards. he still hasent left me a ref and i still havent got my cards and its been a mounth. also i dont have my pms because my inbox got full and i accitently deleated them i sent him messages the past few days and he hasent responeded

Heatran1991 has been banned. You can leave a negative rep as far as I am concerned. Someone else correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Yo, I'm having a dispute with karimsoliman94.

He sent a 1st ed Base Pikachu that was creased on 3 sides of the cards when he'd told me it was mint. (He later said "90%", but I don't even agree with that.) I PMed him to offer a full or partial tradeback, but he told me he couldn't because it wasn't worth a stamp (those who've traded with me know that I use bubblemailers, so I'm having a hard time accepting this), and he'd already traded my cards to his friend. I offered to pick a replacement from his list but, again, "It's not worth the stamp."

I'm about to leave a big, fat negative if this isn't resolved.
 
I'd like to report Heatran1991, even though he's been banned.

I sent out my trades to him at the beginning of the month, fully paid for, and via express. When I hadn't received a ref in a weeks time, I PMed him. He told me that he never got the cards, but I find that difficult to believe. I tried to contact him again, but he hasn't responded since. Also, I never got my end of the deal.

I realize that it's probably too late to do anything about it, but I thought I should let the Trade Council know.
 
I'd like to report Gamesstoper if the following isn't cleared up:

We made a deal on his thread; it was my Elm's Training Method HGSS & HGSS throw-ins for his Glaceon MD. We were all set to go, so we exchanged BOTH addresses. When I asked if he knew that he'd be sending first since there were no reps on his reps thread, he replied that 'his father hadn't consented to the trade', so he is trying to back out.

If he still refuses to trade, I'm going to leave a negative rep.
 
2 questions

1. Gamesstoper and I confirmed a trade yesterday day and today I got a PM saying that his dad told him he couldn't do the trade after we traded addresses. Can I leave a negative ref?

2. JReeves and I confirmed a trade over almost year ago. He dissapeared for a long time then recently came back to the forums. I recieved his cards today, should I change that negative ref from so long ago?
 
Crystal Hikara: No you cannot leave a negative ref, though he will receive a 3-day ban.

#2: Yes, you can leave any ref you feel is necessary for you as long as it is not a negative ref.
 
Can I leave a neutral rep then?

EDIT: Rule #7 of leaving negative reps may want to be updated; it clearly says you can leave a negative rep if a trader backs out of a trade.
 
That really is only AFTER you sent your stuff in a trade (so in the middle of the trade) and back out and decide to send the person cards back IIRC (or at least that was what I was told last time I asked about this).

Anyway, I am pretty sure I am right. But I will re-check it again and get back to you if the ref needs to be chanced to a negative.
 
Alrighty. I'll edit if need be on that remark.

I also left a neutral reference for EspeonROX for poor condition of the cards. The most noteable thing was the 'mint' Togekiss that was to be sent; the card is in worse-than-near mint condition. There's a LOT of noticeable surface scratches on the card, one small crease near the HP part of the card, and several dents on the card. The longest dent runs nearly the height of the card, starting at the bottom and running straight up to the Togetic picture. The card appears to have been played before; I don't call that mint.

Just wanted to say that so I don't possibly get in trouble.
 
Well it is better to get an explanation/try to resolve it before you leave a ref as its common courtesy to do so BEFORE you leave any kind of neutral/negative remark.

We are not all collectors like yourself so our perception of Mint and your perception of Mint can be completely different. So this is where you ask for an explanation or resolve so if the person can rectify the situation you should allow him/her to.
 
I would try to "rectify the situation" if Crystal Hikara could answer her PM. I listed many ways that I could make the trade better, but I've received no response. :\
