Glaceon said:Black Belt is useful because if your opponent has a single Pokémon attacking, Durant can actually drop a Black Belt and energy and knock out the Pokémon, and since most often there is a single Pokémon, Durant would win.

Glaceon said:When playing again Durant, you usually just have one Pokémon so there are more Pokémon that can be discarded.
Uh... What?alexmf2 said:No, you don't...
ZPST: Pachirisu and Shaymin for faster setup
ReshiPhlosion: Typhlosion for faster setup and consistent Blue Flare
EelZone: Eelektrik for faster setup, maybe a Thunderus or Magnemite if you started with it
ZekEel: Eelektrik for faster setup
CaKE: Nothing here, but probably a benched Kyurem or Cobalion
The Truth and other Trainer Lock decks: A full bench in order to use Victini
Need I go on? Every deck uses support pokemon, and even if they didn't they would still be stupid to not lay down at least one other benched pokemon for exactly this reason.

It's not just for zekrom. It's mainly situational. Just to stall or something. I think I'll drop the black belt.sillykyle said:If you really must KO the Zekroms, run 2 Rainbow energy and KO them with Rotom after they bolt strike twice.
