I've opened 2 Korean booster boxes, here's my pulls:
Psycho Drive: 2 EX's, 0 SR, 0 FA.
Hail Blizzard: 2 EX's, 1 SR, 0 FA.

I think eBay is the only place you can get them; they do take quite a while to get delivered (I've waited a week, which was fine, followed by 2-3 weeks) but are worth it. They are dirt cheap, looking at £13GBP a box.

I know these boxes aren't necessarily current, but I've been opening a few 4th gen Japanese boxes this year and thought I'd share the pull rates.
Bonds to the End of Time - 2 Lv. X (Floatzel and Alakazam), 2 uncommon shinies (Heat Rotom and Charon's Choice), 1 reprint Pikachu (regular version)
Dash of Dawn - 3 Lv. X (Leafeon, Glaceon, and Gardevoir, so one of each)
Shining Darkness - 1 Lv. X (Darkrai)
Galactic's Conquest - 3 Lv. X (Dialga, Drapion x2), 1 uncommon shiny (Swablu), 2 reprints (Scyther and Electabuzz)

Playfirststore.com sell Korean booster boxes, they are dirty cheap but of a lesser quality. I have been collecting Korean for almost 2 years now

They are more flimsy, the back is slightly faded on the B/W sets. When I say lesser quality, I mean lesser quality. They are cheaper to produce than English cards, hence they sell for £13 a box.
The popularity, has increased over the years but the only reason you'd want to collect is for the novelty. Obviously, you can't play them and not many people want to trade for them either.
