In addition to what's been listed, from the new Ancient Origins set, Bellossom (#4) switches after her first attack, and Metagross (#49) has an ability that makes both players switch.
In addition to the Pokemon bbninjas listed, there's also Unown from the new Ancient Origins set (#30) who discards itself via ability, and in return you get a card draw. It does not count as a knock-out, however, so your opponent won't take a prize.
I am pretty sure that probably won't be helpful since they probably need to knock out the Pokémon because of some deck that revolves around letting your opponent take prize cards.

Maybe. Or it was for a Flareon or Vespiquen deck, which is more about just getting Pokemon in the discard. Either way, just wanted to point it out since the new set came out today.
I tend to call Pokemon by whichever gender I think they look like.
I call Braixen and Gardevoir "her" for that reason too, among others.
Do we have a card that has in-between-turn regeneration process like Ludicolo PLS?
By the way, I forgot to mention Spoink from Triumphant, Spoink from Legends Awakened, Spoink from EX Dragon, Ninetales from Base Set, Ninetales from EX Hidden Legends, and Ninetales from Dragons Exalted.

We (the TCG area mods) change links from other sites to PB links on sight. This is because advertising for other sites is against the rules. Do we have an XY-on card that retrieve bask Spec. Energy Cards from being discarded?
Malamar from Ancient Origins allows you to pick a card (any card) from your discard pile and put it into your hand with it's Trash Tentacle attack, but it's a Stage 1 MON that requires one dark energy to use the attack. I don't think there are any trainers so far in that format that allow you to do that but I could be very wrong.
There is nothing for Special Energy cards in particular, although the following can search for any card:
Milotic PRC
Simipour XY
In abilities:
Luxray (Diamond & Pearl 7)
Lumineon (Stormfront 4)
Honchkrow (Supreme Victors 29)
In the form of attacks: (I know you didn't want these, but in case someone else comes along with the same question)

Edit: Celebi-EX from Boundaries Crossed+ lets you switch Celebi-EX with one of your benched Pokémon while doing 60 damage for 1 Grass Energy and a Double Colorless Energy (or two of any Energy).

By the way, for some reason, there's no PokéBeach scan for this Bellossom. Guess it's because it's from Ancient Origins, the newest set. I hope they release scans of Ancient Oigins/Bandit Ring soon.
Edit3: Yanmega from HS Triumphant+ lets you deal 50 damage and switch it with one of your Benched Pokémon.
Edit4: Reuniclus from Plasma Blast+ has an attack that does 70 damage for one Psychic Energy and a Double Colorless Energy (or two of any Energy) that lets you switch Reuniclus with one of your Benched Pokémon.
Edit5: Lopunny from Flashfire+ has an ability that allows you to return Lopunny and all cards attached to it to your hand once during your turn.
Lopunny from Boundaries Crossed+ has an attack that deals 60 damage for 3 of any Energy that has your opponent switching his or her active Pokémon with one of his or her Benched Pokémon.
Edit6: Hitmontop from Furious Fists+ has an attack that costs one Fighting Energy and one Double Colorless Energy (or two of any Energy) that deals 4o damage and lets you switch Hitmontop with one of your Benched Pokémon.
Edit7: Azelf from Plasma Blast+ allows you to switch Azelf with one of your Benched Pokémon for one Colorless Energy, but it does not deal any damage.
Edit8: Talonflame from Roaring Skies+ has an attack that lets you draw three cards, and then switch Talonflame with one of your Benched Pokémon for one Colorless Energy.
Edit9: Kyogre-EX from Dark Explorers+ has an attack that costs one Water Energy and one Colorless Energy that deals 30 damage and gives you the option to Kyogre-EX with one of your Benched Pokémon.
Edit10: Emolga-EX from XY+ has an attack that costs one Colorless Energy that lets you search your deck for a Basic Lightning Energy and attach it to Emolga-EX. Then you switch Emolga-EX withone of your Benched Pokémon.

Is there a pokemon that lets you attach as many grass enerygy fron your hand to your pokemon but isn't an attack in Expanded? It has to be an ability even if its only a single extra energy per turn? I know there used to be a sceptile I believe in HGSS but i can't find anything that doesn't require an attack. Thanks for all your help.
