Sooo true! :]

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

New York City is most likely candidate for the Isshu region. In my opinion =p
-Hiun City is based on the southern business district of Manhattan.
-The bridge connecting Hiun City is that famous bridge connecting Manhattan and Queens, I think.
-The pokeball shaped park is based on Central Park.

Yes your right. And anyone who doesn't think so, should look on many maps of Manhattan.

Now u admit it. but don't worry I'm no like that unless someone makes me angry

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

wow the map is great, but the gyms are most likely not shown on purpose, and now i just found out on seribii that the exclusive parts are black city and white FOREST not fortress

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

I'm guessing that the Gyms are hidden, ex: deep in the city, caves, etc

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

It has been confirmed that the white tornado in the middle is the High Link.

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

It seems like that there are planes in the airport. If you check out Serebii under High Link there seems to be a plane in the picture.

Yay your right

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

Yeah, I think there is a strong possibility of there being more than one gym in hiun city, because it is supposed to be really huge

Maybe, maybe not, all that i know is that A regular pokemon city would take me about 2 minutes to look around while Hiun City will take ma 2 hours XD

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

the one thing i wanna say anout the isshu region is that i hope it isn't based off the U.S. of A.

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

But why does it even matter what it's based of?
It not exactly gonna affect the game so I don't understand why people hope it's not based on a Certain place..

you know this is true but idk it's just some feeling i get that i don't want it to be america. it won't really matter but you know.

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

I hope Isshu has more diversity.
Like different environments.
Other than the usual forest, city, town, path, cave, sea.
Also, diversity in the pokemon in the wild. More than 2 a route please.
I hope dive comes back. :)
That's pretty much all.
Oh, and puzzles.

RE: The Isshu Region Speculation Thread

I quickly stuck together the region map from the scans (horrible quality, so hopefully we'll get a better version later).

It looks like there are actually plenty of cities, so it is still possible to fit all the gyms. It also shows us that there are cities north, south and to the east of the left mountain (under the clouds in the previous map, supposedly).

Another thing you can see is the Up/Down arrows at the bottom of the map. Could this mean there are more routes/cities to the north and/or south? Possibly a set of islands? (It would explain the lack of any surf routes). Though maybe I'm just reading too much into things. xD
