Boston better pack it up

Phil Jackson coached teams are 47-0 in series when winning game 1

while that may be true, nothing is perfect forever.

D Fish really stepped up today like always! Sweet victory for LA Go Lakers!

Kobe played horrible in the 3rd and 4th. Luckily Fischer played amazing in the 4th.

2-1 Lakers 8)

Add another stat to the list...

In the finals.. if the series is tied 1-1, the winner of game 3 wins the series lol

Boston really has to pack up

Haha, where are you getting all these stats from? I only knew the first one you mentioned because one of the commentators said it.

Usually appears on NBA.com for awhile.

Like, the team with homecourt advantage for the finals is 7-3 when the first two games are split.

I heard from my teacher that during Game 2, while Pierce was helping Perkins up after giving the Celts a 97-90 lead, he was shouting "We ain't going back to LA".. Looks probable if LA wins in 5 lol but that is unlikely

This brings to mind a joke.

What do you call a bunch of white guys sitting on a bench?

The NBA.

Anyway guys, I don't really do basketball, but I have a gut feeling that the Lakers are simply gonna sweep it.

After game 2 a Lakers fan on another forum said that the Celtics planned on losing games 3, 4, and 5. It will be going back to LA though no doubt.

The bench won it. Goes to show, Kobe can't win the game alone.

I guess you have no idea who Kobe is because the answer to that is YES he can! hahaha

If it's a battle of benches, Boston will win this series. LA is so top heavy, all their star players are their starting 5.

Boston's talent is spread throughout their starting 5 and their bench (Nate Robinson, Glen Davis, Tony Allen, etc.)

I think the series will go 7 games, and bench scoring could be the X Factor in Game 7.

We all know LA's bench sucks.. It's their starters that get the job done and Kobe needed help out there lol

Yeah, maybe on some nights he can get really fired up and possibly carry the team to victory, but yesterday wasn't it. Kobe Bryant vs. Celtics Bench in Game 7.

dmaster out.

Laker bench didn't play well but that doesn't mean they suck..ray allen hit 8 three pointers in game 2 but was 0-13 in game 3 so I guess he sucks right. I mean that's the only logical explanation its not like he had a bad night or something...
