what is the trick to raising IV's higher? i haven't really been IV breeding for quite awhile so between this time i've forgotten how. lol please help. also, how LONG to get a certain IV up to 31?

1. i want a roserade. where to get a shiny stone?
2. i was thinking of raising a ground type- which would be better a gastrodon or a hippowdon ?
3. what increases the power of psychic type moves more- an odd insence or a mind plate?

Go into a double battle and sketch your partner's Wish. Make sure the Pokemon with Wish is faster, otherwise use Sketch on the second turn.
