RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

Yes
As much as I think Rev is scum, and possibly any of the others, the odds of us actually getting this mission right is very slim. We should move on to smaller missions where we have a better chance of succeeding.
Plus, we'll know how many fails there are which could possibly help.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

I vote yes to get this game moving. Ideally I'd like to refuse everyone to get to me again but then they could all refuse me so whatevs.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

yes

It can't get too much better and we should get on with this game.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

I'm going to vote No because I'm not on it, so there's guaranteed to be a spy.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

Everybody will say that Porygon. Whether or not it's you, there's already gurenteed a spy because Rev is on and Drohn isn't.

Okay fine, I'll just submit a team.
I'll be going with PMJ, WanderingWolf, Kecleon-X, TheGuy, Keeper of Night and myself.
I'll hold off on my own vote to gather opinions first.

Yes, if for no other reason to get out of a rut of activity. I don't know whether or not you guys are spies, but I sincerely hope you Double Spy.

You use that logic literally every time you're a Spy.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

Yes because to move the game and there possibilities multiple spy in the group.. We could narrow down

@Porygon: Who do you think the spies are then? Some input might be nice.

@Kecleon: Even though I'm fairly certain Porygon is a spy, he should be using that logic no matter what side he's on. If he's a spy and doesn't use that logic, then he's obviously a spy because he's not playing like he would be if he was a resistance; he'd be playing like he was a spy, since with 6 players on the team and 6 resistance, all resistance would have to be on the team for it to succeed, and if he's a resistance, and he's not on the team, then there's definitely a spy on the mission and it will fail. Again, I'm not saying that makes him resistance, I'm just saying that logic is perfectly sound.

Anyway. Despite what I just said, I'm going to vote yes on this one. Even though I just said that resistance should never approve a mission they're not on, I'm approving it because a fair bit of my suspects are actually on this mission (WW, rev and Kecleon), as opposed to Drohn's suggested mission, which only had like 1 or 2 of them. I also agree this is taking too long and on the edge of players becoming inactive, so we should just hurry up and pick a team.

I personally think KoN is a spy, and I'm kinda getting spy vibes from Kecleon.

I know that -- heck, I just used that logic -- but he puts it that exact way whenever he's a spy. I feel like whenever we play, he never voices that logic (and he shouldn't have to) and instead just lets his actions speak louder than his words. If he does use that logic, he usually has something of tangible evidence to back up his claim instead of just stating the blatantly obvious. I'm saying it's odd, and that's a similarity that I've picked up from previous experiences.

And, for the record, it looks like my brother just OMGUSed me. Right there.

I know, with you, I'm kind of preaching to the quire, but it's for everyone else's viewership as well. I'm pretty sure that my brother is a Spy right now.

Vote count:
Yes: 5
No: 2

Both light from above and glare from below are staring at you, waiting to open you all up into one of them! Choose wisely!

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

I'd like to request only 3 spies in a game of 10, next round. Or, 2 spies in a game of 6.

Either way, I vote yes.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

"Praise the lord!" Reverent Ursula shouted, as her team was accepted by her followers. She did a little twirl and nearly fell off the podium - a husky man with flowing black hair was about ready to throw her off. As he was nearing the top of the stairs leading up to the podium, he saw a mass of clouds from above. A booming voice then shouted "Oh nice. You prayed and stuff. OK, come on up." The crowd all traveled to Heaven together, and they were greeted by God upon arrival. God stated: "Have fun up here. By the way spies, I know who you are, but this is much more fun. So, the missions which I want you to do are..."

"...and finally, make sure you do the washing up immediately after dinner. I don't like wet food! Got it?"

PMJ, WanderingWolf, Kecleon-X, TheGuy, Keeper of Night & rev3rsor, please send me either "success" or "fail"!

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

I have a feeling that there might still be spies on this mission, because I'm still a bit unsure about Kecleon (from earlier discussion, which I tried to follow), but maybe with some luck this'll be a good team.
(with a lot of luck tbh since I can't be sure that I haven't put any spies on the team)

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

I also think that there's a (big?) chance Kecleon is a spy. I am almost sure rev3rsor is a spy, though. Maybe we'll learn something from the results.

RE: The Resistance Game 1 - Round 3

I have an odd feeling that this will actually Succeed, with all the butthurt going on with people not on the mission. Or maybe we were almost right, and there actually is one spy, and they're trying to throw me under the bus... But either way. Sent mine in.

I also find it funny that both the people I found scummy -- i.e. Drohn and my brother -- think that I'm a spy.

I voiced it here because this is my first time playing with this arrangement of people. When you and I play irl we are playing with the same folks every time who've already heard and understand the logic.
