lv81 blaziken
lv 46 shiny medicham
lv 50 zapdos, lv 57 articuno, lv 50 moltres
and i can easily give you any eeveelution. (though im sure anyone could lol)

OK, it is only obtainable through swarm. I will not be able to get the Ralts for a few days, mainly because I changed the time to get PMJ's Bellossom. I can try to set up a trade with someone, so it depends on when you can be on.
