I can give you a male Totodile if you got a female Totodile at the start of Gold/Silver. But I don't want the female starter. Then it will be sad.

My Wants:

-Legendaries (nonshiny and untouched)
-Any starters (They had better be at lvl. 1)
-Cute pokemon (untouched)
-Dragon-Type pokemon (untouched)

And by "They had better be at lvl. 1", I mean either untouched or that they need to be bred from your starter. (You can breed it with Ditto)
I'll be getting other legendaries in the games, so I don't want Latios/Latias, the legendary beasts, the legendary birds, Ho-oh/Lugia, and Mewtwo.
Look at my signature. It means I want no hacks.

i can breed most shinys lucky, cml and what starter do you want??? i do have cute pokemon(in my opinion) as well

How do you breed shinys? Well i need shiny Tepig, snivy, or Roggenrola . I can give you an EV dragonite its really all I have atm. Please Pm me about this. Thank you.

If you want it to be my choice, then fine. I would want a female Totodile, nonhacked (in case you didn't read my signature). I also would want it to be nonshiny, just in case it is hacked. If you can't get that starter, I would want a Water-Type starter. (Note that if a user says "I don't want any shinies", he/she may not have hacked pokemon.) I don't want it to be cloned, because I consider that touched.

295 - Exploud
299 - Nosepass
363 - Speal
369 - Relicanth
371 - Bagon
372 - Shelgon
373 - Salamence
424 - Ambipom
477 - Dusknoir

I need these to complete my national dex

You can evolve a Bagon into a Salamence. Didn't you know that?

I can give you a tip on how to catch Relicanth. In Gold/Silver, go to the quiet bridge and use a rod.

Well, I can try to catch one without a NN, cuz you can get them in the game, by fishing in the desert, but whatever you want! I have Speal for sure.
