Pokemon:
3-1-2 Vileplume
3-2-2 Reuniclus
2 Cobalion
2 Pichu
1 Cleffa
1 Reshiram
2 Kyurem
2 Terrakion
1 Zekrom
1-1 Blissey Prime

Trainers:
4 Twins
4 Sage's training
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Pokemon Communication
1 PETM
3 Rare Candy
2 Seeker
1 N

Energy:
4 Rainbow
4 DCE
3 special {M}
2 {W}

Updates:
-1 Collector
-1 Rare Candy
+1-1 Blissey Prime

-2-2 Donphan
-2 {F}
-1 DCE
+2 Terrakion
+2 {W}
+1 Kyurem
+1 Zekrom
+1 N

Strategy: Set up Vileplume and Reuniclus and then attack with your bulky attackers depending on the matchup. My main attackers are donphan and cobalion. Kyurem and Reshiram are damage sponges as well as outrage techs. The special {M}'s give Cobalion that magic 130 hp and even more depending on the amount of {M} you have on him. Some cards I would like to add but am not sure if they are good enough, or I'm not sure what to take out or I don't have the room.
-Steelix Prime: Can abuse sp. {M}, has 140 hp, and can turn what small VVV I may see into an autowin. He also helps greatly against attacking chandelure decks.
-N: N can really help me make a comeback after the opponent has taken lots of prizes.
-Blissey Prime: Great healing, but I don't really have the room
-Beartic: Can abuse DCE, has the magic 130 hp, and can lock the opponent.
-SEL: would replace Kyurem and Reshiram, but I don't know if it's a good choice in this meta.
-Zekrom: Better type coverage for outrage tech.
-Thicker Kyurem or Reshiram: MOAR consistency

I am open to suggestions, so feel free to comment! Also, please don't suggest tropical beach, it's just too expensive. Unless of course you would be willing to trade me one in which case I have a trading thread. :p Thanks!

For what I think you could take out:
Babies are hit or miss now and with how fast decks can set up I don't want to help aid the opponents setup/allow them to not have to use collector as the supporter for the turn.
4 communication seems like overkill due to trainer lock being a main goal of this deck.
4 DCE for two attackers you label as secondary in the deck? Keep the DCE if you put something in that runs it otherwise cut back.

I have more to post but I'd like to hear back from you and see some other opinions first. Overall I like your ideas and have been considering running Beartic also.

I think I'll drop 1 Cleffa for the babies, but pichu is incredibly important due to the fact that I have to set up so many pokemon so quickly. He is incredibly important, even if he helps my opponent. Also, if they get ko'd early, it activates twins for me. I'll drop 1 DCE, but they are pretty important because if one of my pokemon gets catchered up before trainer lock or if they get bellsprouted up, I can retreat it with DCE and continue attacking. However, you're right, 4 is a little overkill. As for the communication, although they are dead draws under trainer lock, they really help me get that T2 vileplume and T2-T3 Reuniclus. I think my edits will be these:
-1 DCE
-1 Cleffa
+2 N

Do you think Steelix, Beartic, or any other of my ideas are good enough to warrant a space or two?

I definitely think pulling cleffa was a smart choice. Pichu serves purpose like you explained. DCE should only be lowered if its only purposes are outrage and retreat. If you add in an attacker like Beartic who can use these for attacking power then I would definitely keep 4. I honestly don't know how I feel about steelix in this. It fits a few nice conditions being that it is a high hp steel type that can use DCE to attack/pull energy and cannot be affected by status conditions. On the flip side of that I just don't like the damage output it has to offer. This deck isn't the most flexible with energy and needed two metal three colorless to hit for 100 is a little too bulky in my mind but maybe someone els could shed fair light on this card. Beartic on the other hand has been a card I've been eyeing and has made me want to make a truth variant. For a water and a DCE we can lock the opponent from attacking and hopefully retreating under vileplumes trainer lock. Other notable points would be being a water type not weak to what a huge portion of the meta is now, 130 HP is a great number for a stage 1, and finally a second attack for 80 while only requiring one more water. Granted these are just my opinions but I am heavily looking into a beartic Donphan truth variant.

I would suggest cutting Zekrom for Kyurem because Zekrom dies to Terrakion and Landorus.

Blissey can also be replaced by Serperior

Blissey competely outclasses serperior. Blissey can heal my entire field, while serperior can only heal 60. Serperior is a stage 2, so try fitting 3 stage two's into a deck where none of them are attacking. If I don't add steelix, should I drop my sp. metal count to 2? I'm kind of torn between the two.
Steelix
Pros:
-Can abuse sp. metal
-Turns VVV and Chandelure into an extremely favourable matchup
-Has built in Energy Acceleration

Cons:
-Takes 5 Energy
-Dies to Reshiram

Beartic
Pros:
-Can abuse DCE
-Kills Reshiram
-Can lock the opponent

Cons:
-Dies to Cobalion
-Does less damage than steelix

If I add one, should the line be 1-1 or 2-2? Thanks guys

i say just run cobalion and add skarmory for energy acceloration. then add bellosom to remove damage plus kyreum for reshiram matchup.

Cobalion doesn't really need energy acceleration, and I only need 2 metals to power up cobalion anyway. Besides, pichu is my preferred starter.

I would, but it would require 2 spaces and I'm pretty tight on space. I'm very interested in your list. Could you pm it to me?

Because it's damage output isn't high enough and it takes up too much space. Do you have any advice on the deck?

I personally like Donphan in the deck especially with its poke body but I guess if there are better options out there then yeah :/

It just takes up too much space. Do you have any advice on the deck? Should I add Beartic?
