I agree. A lot of the cards people think are ugly are actually pretty great looking, and this is coming from someone who actually does art regularly. :O

I dunno man. When he is actually doing art for a card it comes out pretty sweet.

I am not fond of cards with pokemon stadium/newer 3D games models stuck onto it.

HARIYAMA ARCEUS IS THE UGLIEST CARD EVER! Its out of proportion and terrible, it makes me think the card isn't good

I hate ALL of Mitsuhiro Arita's artwork. That PL Lickilicky looks like it's about to slobber its way out of the card due to a bad artist.

Tomoaki Imakuni has some bad cards (Magnezone SF 6), yet some good cards too (Hippowdon RR 25, Grovyle PA 38).

I HATE Atsuko Nishida's artwork.

Tomokazu Komiya? Puh-lease.

I like TOKIYA and sui. Their cards seem to be in a lot of detail.

I cannot stand Zubat SV. That thing makes me puke!

Skitty CG? SKITTY CG!! That thing's a cartoon blob!

Mamoswine LA's artwork is horrendous... my favorite Pokemon...

All 3 Burmies in AR have terrible art.

The only good Wormadam in PA is Grass. The rest are pitiful.
 
Tomokazu Komiya has done like 2 good cards. I like his style on the AR Haunter, but all his other cards SUCK. My favorite artists are Mitsuhiro Arita, Kawayoo, Ken Sugimori, and Ryo Ueda. To all those saying Ken Sugimori sucks, he is the Pokemon main artist and co-creator of Pokemon. Lay off if you're not informed.

I wouldn't imagine seeing Tomokazu Komiya drawing Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Mamoswine, or ARCEUS!
