Personally I don't like Muk (I don't like most Poison pokemon in general.) but another ugly pokemon is Spiritomb. (More freaky than anything.
Why does nobody mention Blissey? Its friggin annoying, stays on screen WAY too long and is just plain ugly.
The ugliest Pokemon for me has to be Dugtrio. It just looks stupid.

Anyway, I'd have to say that it's a tie between Jynx and Azurill.

IMO, the ugliest pokemon is Feebas...
Personally I dislike Absol. So ugly... And nosepass is weird as well.

Anyhow, the ugliest Pokémon... Rampardos is just plain ugly, ever seen that thing in the anime, you just want to, well, put a sack over his head...
PurUGLY is PURe UGLY, but it can be decent somehow, I think, maybe, possibly?

I agree except Spiritomb is ugly and probably is meant to be. I'm not to sure about Treecko line, and I could say another pokemon but I'm not.
@mew I don't know why does that spiritomb look like that.And they make it hard to encounter.
