In the official rules,putting damage counters on pokemon doesn't count as doing actuall damage.

Chansey can hit for 80. And xdogking, you can't edit for spelling mistakes, but I still got your answer in. Lapras, however, is still not correct.

Edit: Magmar's wrong (can hit for 40), Sneasel can hit for 40 as well iirc, so those are wrong too.

I know there was a card that basically did little damage with the trade-off of super poison.

I think it's either Crobat or Persian. I think. >_>

@Zyflair: I looked them both up. You're thinking of Rocket's Persian ex. It has a potential of 20 (and it poisons for 20, but that isn't damage). Good guess, but there's one lower still. Crobat can hit up to 100 so that's not right.

There was no Kyurem card printed in the Pokémon-ex era. That's totally wrong.
